Bad attitude from the server and extra rude comment
Went in today to pick up our order. At first, we noticed a minor issue which when addressed to the older lady making our order she was very kind and apologized for her mistake. Very graceful and polite, she was great. The younger lady I have an issue with. She wrapped up my sub that she wasn’t even sure if it was completed, she didn’t bother communicating to her teammate since I’m missing some condiments. Totally unprofessional, if you’re not gonna help don’t get in the way. Simple. And learn to control your composure since the environment wasn’t even that busy. 🤦🏽♀️
I saw a cocoroach never going there again or any subway thats unsanitary I recommend no dishes there cause it says what dishes would you recommend none with cocoroachen in it thank you
“Restrooms aren’t working” even though I bought food here. For a food establishment I’m pretty sure you need to have a restroom for your customers to use. Not everybody is homeless or trying to use your amenities without making a purchase. We know your restroom is working. Do better to your customers.

I’ve worked food/retail for the majority of the time that I have been working (7+years). I’ve had absolutely horrendous customers, so I get it. But I said please and thank you after every interaction I had with the person serving me and I didn’t get treated very politely back. :

We visited on a Sunday morning at 8:50 am. There was one single employee trying to fill online orders, handle the walk-ins, answer the phone, and basically do everything. I think her name was Maria? Poor woman. She was set up for an impossible task in my opinion, but was doing her best to juggle all those responsibilities. To be honest, we would not return to this location - the wait for our food was too long, and the price too high - but it wasn't Maria's fault! (Local manager or owner: you're making a mistake by putting immediate wage savings over long term customer loyalty.)
P.S. Google lists the address for this store as 342 Euclid Ave #504 but the store receipt says 336 Euclid Ave. Definitely the same location.

The third place I want to go find a restroom third place I was a customer at the third place. There was no restroom for me as a customer management has those staff lying for them so they can’t let anybody use the restroom if I was a staff member I wouldn’t lie for my management no matter what even if I lost my job pathetic freaking pathetic human beings that would lie about a restroom

Always an issue with subway. They don't have paper coupons, so I try ordering in the app. Always an issue... Today all payment methods failed when submitting online, but worked at counter (sounds fishy). Subway is becoming a no go for me.

The person working this today at around 4pm did an excellent job, and she was working all by herself with a very long line! I am however very disappointed with the management of this Subway thinking it's okay to have their employees working by themselves during busy times. Stop being so cheap and hire her some help!

Great place to pick up food but remember to remind representatives to wash their hands when they use the register and before they touch toppings with soiled hands and meats !
