Place is clean, food and ingredients are old the turkey I got taste stale and the bread man it’s so chewy, another question I haven’t ordered from subway in a while so please help me out, did they shrink the bread size? Or is it just for this store this is a half ? Overall disappointing I probably won’t go back

Made an app order which is usually nor that bad of a wait time and it tell me it's ready and I get to the store and there is one lady here with a store full of people waiting for orders and while I know not everyone can be fast this lady is going at the slowest speed possible. If you have a store full of people you don't spend 15 minutes making one sandwich. Which lead me to my second point why is there only one worker on a Saturday night at dinner time while there is a promotion going on For your sandwiches....that's just horrible management. We need affordable food places here please do better.

The food I order every time is inconsistent. I ask for no mayo, and there's mayo. I selected more/extra for certain toppings, and I got a normal sub topping for everything. My sub is never right. My kids don't eat mayo on their damn sub. The app clearly states I don't want mayo, and some other toppings end up in the sub as well. I order my subs at this location for convenience, being that it's right by my house. Sadly, I end up having to go all the way to Poway just to get the sub made the right way.

Slowest Subway there is. I've been here a few times, and i have never been in and out of there, always 30-40 mins. This latest time, I only had a couple in front of me getting 4 sandwiches. After 30 minutes of still not being helped, i walked out with no food. There should never be only one worker there. They get stressed, and we all get slow service. Any subway is better than this.

Always lie on the readiness of online order. Even though the app says the order is ready, you still need to wait for 10mins as they never make it. It is faster if you just go and wait in line. And food portion is small

Will never go to this location again. Always gets our order wrong and the last time we got it delivered they got EVERYTHING wrong and we were missing over half the order. Asked for a refund, Jennifer was rude and finally said she gave me a refund but it never showed up in my bank(been over a month so I can safely say she didn't process a refund)

I’ve been to this subway a few times. I always have a great experience. Came in while the owner, Jennifer, was there. She gave me a recommendation of her favourite sandwich. It was great and she made a lot of conversation the whole time. The people who were there are great. I’d recommend the place to a friend.
