Will never go to this location again. Always gets our order wrong and the last time we got it delivered they got EVERYTHING wrong and we were missing over half the order. Asked for a refund, Jennifer was rude and finally said she gave me a refund but it never showed up in my bank(been over a month so I can safely say she didn't process a refund)

Worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. Waited in line for 25 minutes before my order was taken. I was 4th in line. 2 people working and one was the manager. She spent 15 minutes chatting up a father and his daughter. I heard her life story and her making playdate for her son. In the meantime 5 people who came in behind me left in disgust after seeing what was going on. Manager could not fill the called in orders because she forgot her glasses and could not read the order slips. I finally get to order and the young worker tells me that I will have to wait since a new customer just handed her an order slip and the manager would have to take my order. I lost it and said that the customer had just placed that order and that I had been waiting 20 minutes to order so she agreed to start my order. Finally I had my 2 sandwiches and left to go home. At home we discovered they messed up both sandwiches. Never again!

I got a 6 inch sub for $11. We waited 20 minutes in line. The bacon was frozen. And there were only two workers.

Worst place. The lady who was making our sandwich was the worst we have ever come across at the subway. A lady made awkward faces for a simple request of adding olives and jalapeños. Never had this experience at this place before.

Mobile ordered a sandwich with lettuce, black olive, mayo and mustard. Instead I got cucumber, green pepper, jalapeños and buffalo sauce.

Looking at these reviews I see I am not alone. I have NEVER been to any place with someone with such an attitude as in this Subway. I have lots of details but I'll simply say two people felt the same way and we left in a big huff. A real brusque and bordering on rude attitude. . I used to go to Subway but in recent years switched to Jersey Mike's which is in the same shopping center. Even if I'm reincarnated I wouldn't go here again. I do not believe in people trying to get someone fired on Yelp but I would STRONGLY S-T-R-O-N-G-L-Y advise the owner to train employees in how to interact with the public. Clearly this wasn't a Trader Joe's. The irony is that the person who was with wanted to go to the Subway and I wanted Jersey MIke's but agreed on Subway. And, no, most Subways do NOT HAVE this problem. Now that I see the other reviews I know it most assuredly was not us having a peception problem. WOW!!

The ladies that work at this location are super RUDE!!! Last time we were there, I thought they were just having a bad day. But, today, they were just as rude, and my daughter saw one of them throw half an avocado at a customer, because he had ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with it, but they had failed to put it on his sandwich. My daughter also has a friend who quit working there because of these ladies. We will NEVER go there again.
