The vegetables were mostly frozen. The lettuce was definitely NOT FRESH. I did not look at the vegetables until after I placed my order. The staff was very rude when I pointed out her veggies. There was ice visibly covering a lot of it. I asked if they had any fresh veggies but they didn't. I walked away from a half prepped sandwich and went to the store on K street.

The lettuce look really bad there was an untrained employee The only one running the restaurant he didn't even know what a cold cut combo sandwich was the restaurant was dirty and they didn't even have full supplies The only bonus is they didn't have those stupid tablets to order from

I stopped by this Subway expecting a decent sandwich, but honestly, the experience was disappointing. I asked for all the topping and still got a flat sandwich. When I asked for more onions she said that she already put them on there. I got 10 pieces of Spinach in my whole sandwich. Extremely disappointed in the 15 dollars I just spent.

For a place that’s supposed to pride itself on fresh toppings and customizable sandwiches, the customer service and portion sizes at this location were not it. The quality just doesn’t match the price. Save your money—this Subway isn’t worth it.

Horrible horrible experience workers were rude didn’t have much product out no Olives only pepper jack and American cheese very stingy with toppings meat and cheese rations not accurate dirty table and chairs worker also wrapper sandwich badly so toppings fell out also said they don’t have a bathroom key bad customer service even worse food I can make a better sandwich at home

I had a disappointing experience with my Italian BMT order. Not only did I get charged for an Ultimate BMT, but they were out of green peppers, banana peppers, and most of the toppings. When Naomi prepared my sandwich, she barely sprinkled on the veggies instead of the usual hearty portions you expect from Subway. I asked for extra cucumbers, and she only added one—seriously, that’s all we have? If I’d known my sandwich would be so tiny, I would have been better off grabbing something from 7-Eleven. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice. Not what I expected at all!

This has to be one of the worst subways I've been too. The franchise should revoke this locations right to advertise these Subs as Subway. The veggies always look like they're a day away from spoiling. The taste of the subs is always off. Workers don't even speak English, which would be fine normally, but it seems sometimes they dont understand English either. Stay away unless you want food poisoning. I hope they get humbled by a health inspector visit.

I was at Subway about ten minutes ago and I ordered a foot-long meal. Two women came into the restaurant after me and ordered a bottle of water so they could use the restroom. The employee behind the desk handed them the keys to the restroom. When it was my turn to use the restroom the employee did not hand me the key but instead he escorted me to the same restroom and opened it for me. I was confused as to why I got different treatment when those customers and I did exactly the same thing. I made him aware that this is an example of how people feel they get discriminated against. So he should learn not to give anyone special treatment. If he broke a rule in front of another customer then that customer walked away feeling uncomfortable by it.

Those footlong wraps seem to be just getting thrown together anymore. And I went here to use the restroom as a customer but the lady working said they're being cleaned......but there was no sign posted on the door👎🏼😤

No Threat Tech

I was served by the manager who was visibly upset the entire time I was in line and spoke to everyone like they were a criminal. This woman hates her job and her kitchen is nasty. The FDA would shut this location down if they saw how lacking in sanitization there was. She reused this nasty glove repeatedly and semi washed one hand. It is clear that she has not had food handlers training or doesn't care. The bathroom smells like dead people, literally, someone should check this passageway. No ppm at all, no cleaning rags, no counter cleaning. Additionally, Subway advertises this wonderful protein bowl, all the pictures are so full and vibrant. See the picture of the actual substandard, pitiful product they are actually giving the customers. She gave me dirty soiled napkins to go with my meal. So disgusted right now.
