I just walked into this location, granted it was late, however I see the employee in his Subway shirt sitting at a table. I stood in the ordering line and looked around for someone to help me. The seated employee proceeded to tell me “it was his break”, it was over in “8 minutes and 10 seconds” and was “my sandwich really that important?” I said yes, it is, and I’d love to hear what his boss had to say about that. He proceeded to say “Oh well fvck you then!” as I left.So, that guy’s boss, what say you? Is that the way your employees are allowed to act towards customers? Unbelievable.

Refused service at Euclid Ave san diego. Service person count change in drawer before helping waiting service. I was being a good person trying but meal for homeless person on 80 degree temp. Rude rude to prejudice a person. I live in this neighborhood so don't appreciate being treated unfairly.

I went to this Subway location July 20th - July 22nd during San-Diego Comic Con for lunch because it was in walking distance from the Convention Center and it was super quick and affordable. The service by all the staff was unmatched. They all were quick, efficient and made sure we were in there less than 10 minutes during one of the busiest times of the year. Everyone was awesome, attentive and respectful about keeping the line moving without hurrying anyone. This was my second year at SDCC where we used this Subway as a lunch spot and I’ll continue to do so every year I’m out there. The system they have set up works and the staff was beyond professional.

This place is horrible during the san diego convention there was a older lady rushing people i was stopping to look at the menu for a minute to see what i would like to get but she kept raising her voice and kept yelling at me to hurry up this place is unbelievable never again STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
