Some people wonder why I have been a fan of Subway for so long, as I have heard many critiques of the franchise in general. However, years past, I have been a Subway regular, not necessarily this one, but many different Subways. I liked being able to get healthier, but fast food. I used to get 6-inch sandwiches with wheat bread or a big chopped salad when I go carb-free. Subway has always been a good option for me. However, I currently no longer live or work near a Subway, so the last time I want to one, was this particular Subway about 2 years ago. I was shopping in the area, so I went back yesterday. It was way worse than I remember two years ago. I walked in and two women were working there. There was no greeting, despite the fact that hardly anyone was inside the shop. In fact, there was no expression from either of the women, and definitely no smile the entire time I was in the store. My interaction was completely monotone from one of the women as she "helped" me, though that term is pushing it.I ordered a 6-inch sweet chicken teriyaki for myself and a 1-foot BLT for my husband. First, she put them both in the oven to toast without even asking. Then, I asked for Swiss cheese which I always do at Subway, but they didn't have any. I also asked for oregano and light mayo, neither of which they had, again which used to be my regular Subway request. I was done building the sandwiches and they looked puny and lacked color. As far as taste, it was edible, but not fresh and full of ingredients like I remember. Well, that was a disappointment. Perhaps I'll try a different Subway once more before I completely give up on the franchise. However, I highly recommend avoiding this location all together.

I got food poisoning from a breakfast sandwich.. egg whites or bell peppers. Tasted a little sour but ate it being hungry . 6 hrs later, vomited in my vehicle 3 times while driving home, 3 more times at home ..

The two women who work there are extremely rude and try to make you feel stupid when you order your food. Terrible customer service. I will never go back there again do not give these people your money.

Over priced ... Save money & go mile down Clairemont Mesa Blvd to subway in Madison square. I got tuna sandwich, charged $12, only $9 at Madison square...

I would give zero stars if possible! I like to give good reviews but today that is definitely not the case. Ordered online for pick up. Our order was completely wrong even though the receipt stapled to the bag was completely right. How does that even happen?? Did they not even look at the order details???? 2 of our 3 sandwiches we requested to on Italian herbs and cheese bread. We did not get that bread and all came on white. Ok fine. But the meat was sparse on all sandwiches but especially on the footlongs. I know they have a certain amount that is standard but this wasnt even that! We were missing meat!! Missing meats that were a part of the build of the menu sandwich. They added a ton of mayonnaise to one sandwich that we had specifically wanted made without it and on the receipt it showed no mayonnaise. They barely put a squirt of mayonnaise on the sandwich that we had added it to. One sandwich had no oil and vinegar, which was added on our end and the other they put so much on that the bread was soggy on the bottom and you couldn't even pick it up on one half. The bread seemed like it was a few days old. The bread was very dry and smashed down on all sandwiches. Unfortunately the way these sandwiches were thrown together and items missing it seemed intentional. The details of the order were right there printed out stapled to the bag.... come on! From reading past reviews it seems the staff doesn't like to do pick up orders. But when i went in to grab the order it was empty?! We will be staying away from this subway from now on which is sad because we live in the area and have frequented this particular store over the years :(

Got screwed. Avoid online ordering.I placed an app order for 3 sandwiches twice because I received a message an error has occurred both times. I drove to subway bought my 3 sandwiches, 1/2 hr later I received a message that my sandwiches were ready for pickup. I drove there wanting a refund because of the error messages, they told the store couldn't do that. Subway corporate has no costumer service line phone number.No more subway for me. Buy somewhere else

The bread was stale on one sandwich and they forgot cheese on the meatball sub. They don't take any offers that subway has. Not a good place to go choose literally any other shop

Drove across town to a different subway after walking into this one and had the male employee be extremely rude! He told me I could not use the restroom until I bought my food. So I left and drove across town to buy my daughters sub! I'll give my money to a different store! I will drive across town from now on.

Every time I come here I get charged a different price, so over it the sandwich they charged me for wasn't even the right sandwich. It sucks that I crave it. :(

Subway’s definitely gone downhill. They stopped carrying our favorite bread. The meat is thinly sliced without much flavor. It basically now tastes like a “vegetable sandwich”. The bread tasted like cardboard. Won’t be back to any Subways.

Greeted upon arrival by abul/abdul (i couldn't hear) and was very satisfied with the friendly conversation, as well as the fast service time. I've been to subway before and this one is by far my favorite. Definitely returning

Had a great experience today with Narn and his team. They made my experience pleasurable even though they were out of the free sandwiches. I would say the put the customer first which was extremely refreshing. Good job team.

Me and my wife had a steak teriyaki sandwich and it was very good. There was a line when we got there but the crew handled it very well.
