3/5 stars! Subway, you're a solid option for a quick bite, but you're not quite hitting it out of the park for me. The sandwiches are consistently decent, but rarely impressive. I mean, how many times can I have the same ol' BMT before I start to yawn? The staff is friendly enough, but the decor is starting to feel a bit dated. And let's be real, the "$5 footlong" schtick is getting a bit old. I'd love to see some more creativity and freshness in the menu, Subway! That being said, you're still a reliable go-to when I need a quick fuel-up. Just don't get too complacent, or I might start looking for a new sandwich shop to frequent!

They had one girl working at noon on a Saturday. There was a huge line. Everyone waited way too long. Some just left. I couldn't hear her over the music she had blaring. There was one kind of music playing over the restaurant speakers and then her music (rap or R&B) behind the counter.Subway prices have gone through the roof and I still come here. But their service is getting worse and worse. There's no excuse.

This Subway is not the closest to my home, but this is the location I usually go to if I'm in the mood for Subway.Unfortunately, my experiences at the Subway closest to me (near Kearny High School) have not been good. That is why I don't mind driving a few minutes farther for better service.The service and sandwiches here (in Claremont Mesa, off the 805 freeway), from my experiences, have been consistently good. There are several young women that usually take my order and they always do a good job.Most recently, I ordered "The Outlaw" which is pretty much a Philly, but with pepper jack cheese and Baja Chipotle sauce (instead of American cheese and mayo). I told my server the sandwich I wanted and selected my bread type (Italian herb and cheese with jalapenos), and then it was placed in the oven.After it was toasted, I requested some additional veggies and condiments and I was good to go. I paid and was in and out of there in no time.Service is good, the employees have all been friendly and pleasant. Another thing I like about this location is that the tables are consistently pretty clean.Parking is not a problem here. It is very easy to find... it is right off the 805 freeway on Claremont Mesa (West) in the same shopping center as Guiltea Cravings and Comickaze (comic bookstore).4 / 5: Sandwiches4 / 5: Cleanliness4 / 5: Service4 / 5: Overall

The order was made perfectly and didn't take too long. The sandwiches were really good and hit the spot. Just what the doctor ordered! The customer service was ok, but the employees looked like they came out of a dungeon and knew they had to go back in after my meal was made. No smiles. No eye contact. No banter. Almost robotic, with absolute minimal interaction. Kinda sad, but a sign of the times. The two that helped me, Alyssa, and i forgot the guys name, were presentable, good at their tasks, and listened well. They weren't slow. So i guess that's a good as we can expect, nowadays.Overall, B-Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly.

The employee Shawn Khan made my sandwiches wrong (for delivery by Uber eats) then when I called he said they couldn’t possibly be wrong because he’s worked there a long time and he follows the directions. I drove to the location and showed him the wrong sandwiches against the receipt to show they were completely wrong and he said the only way he can make new ones is if he takes those back, “it’s policy” I told him no, he messed it up so I’m keeping the sandwiches and I’ll need the correct ones and he refused. He also would not let any of the other employees talk or weigh in.

Didn't even ask if I wanted anything to eat while I was standing in line. Also 100 degrees inside so there's no way the food is kept at a safe temperature.

The girl in there today 7/15 @ 12PM, is doing an amazing job all on her own. Subway needs to staff their restaurants better to prevent 1 employee from running the restaurant.

We ordered few sandwiches, the old lady that helps us had two bad attitude towards us ordering cheese at first (with their bawl been empty) and the second where she put a different dressing that we didn’t ask for in one of the sandwiches and she wanted us to just eat a sandwich we didn’t ask.Very poor customer service and bad attitude towards clients.

I think this is the best Subway I've ever been to! The staff was so friendly & on task! I'm loving the new rotisserie chicken! Shout out to my sandwich artist tonight Kimmy! She took the extra effort to make sure everything was perfect for us! Highly recommend. I'll drive an extra 3 miles to come to this store!
