Went in to pick up sandwiches on the way to Padres game. One man working by himself with a line several people long and he was HUSTLING. Super efficient with every move, courteous, handling it all well.

This was a ridiculous ordeal and handled so unprofessionally and had she been kinder on the phone, I would have just spoken to her. Im reminded why we support our Submarina2 by NFCU! Or, occasionally to Firehouse or Jersey Mike's. Tried to give Subway a chance only to be reminded they are sloppy. They also need to change the app to Pepsi products as they no longer serve Coke products. The app is not clear. Yep, I dont like Pepsi and would NOT have added the $ to make it a deal!! Asked if they had also made sure the requested bacon was crispy, must still be in the cooker cause it wasn't on my sandwich.... DONT do mobile apps with this Subway!

So for the past three times I've asked them to toast it online, and they haven't and they didn't even have Italian herb and cheese bread. Idk if they're lazy or what but I know it wasn't busy.

This is the third time that I made an online order and directions was not followed. First time. I figured they were busy. The second time they told me they were busy and sometimes they don’t read the special instructions this time I called and asked him to follow the special instructions. So they now only didn’t follow the special instructions, but made me pay eight dollars more extra for the vegetables and 6 packs of mayo for 2 ft longs

A blonde employee with large earrings and a lot of hand tattoos will cancel your ‘special-offer’ order in front of you in spite of specific location’s website being a participant in this special-offer program. Her reasoning was the restaurant was being ‘swarmed’ in business, yet there was a sparse amount of people at the location when I was there in spite of her claim. In regards to this ‘swarmed’ claim, I struggle with the fact to believe the claim due to the aforementioned lack of people there at the time, but also her immediately offering an in-store offer on the spot, yet she claims they cannot take the special as they aren’t participants in the program. This is just the technical aspect, but there was also the employee herself. Instead of dealing with this in a professional manner, she was extremely passive-aggressive in our interaction and while I tried to speak to her regarding the matter, she walked out of it mid-conversation. There is also the fact that this entire technicality issue to me has no seeming logical justification for it to happen, it seems only after I brought the fact that I even had a special-offer order online to her attention, only then did she cancel it herself (in spite of the website’s claim). Such an employee acting in this manner I believe should not be employed if this is how she is treating customers. On a wider scale, if your restaurant location does not wish to offer special-deal orders, then make that clear on the website and opt out. Not doing so is misleading the consumer and faulty-advertising. Just to emphasize, having this employee act so unprofessional has been extremely infuriating, and I question the hiring process of the location if such a person was able to gain a position after vetting potential employees. I would also struggle to trust this employee with my food if this is her attitude regarding customers. If I was the owner of this store, I would struggle to understand why I am paying an employee for her trying not even to do the bare minimum, but seemingly trying to opt out of her job entirely as she is cancelling customer orders because she seemingly doesn’t feel like doing it.

I personally have had a nice experience the two times I’ve been here. Each time the sandwiches were made as ordered. Maybe not the way I would want it to be (Even with ingredients so each bite is similar to the next.), but at least they don’t miss ingredients like many other fast food places - And there are a bunch of ingredients that I ask for. Reason it’s not 5 stars is because the service isn’t great. Only the first time was I greeted.

Vegetarian options: It has it

Dietary restrictions: You can get something as a vegetarian option.

Parking: Isn’t a busy shopping center based on the several trips I’ve made to this parking lot for different reasons.

Kid-friendliness: I has places for kids to sit……

Very hit and miss in terms of service. Food is typical Subway, which is good, but nothing to make you go "Oh my my, now THIS is a sandwich!" So, relatively fine overall. But again, it's the service that can be substandard.

I went there last night and had one of the best experiences ever. The cashier was super friendly and attentive I felt to welcomed and cared for. She was the only staff there helping 2 ongoing orders and had me and 2 other gentlemen waiting after me. I made it before they closed and the store was clean.
