I personally have had a nice experience the two times I’ve been here. Each time the sandwiches were made as ordered. Maybe not the way I would want it to be (Even with ingredients so each bite is similar to the next.), but at least they don’t miss ingredients like many other fast food places - And there are a bunch of ingredients that I ask for. Reason it’s not 5 stars is because the service isn’t great. Excellent service from whoever closed on 10/26. My app glitched, so my online order didnt go through. I ended up ordering in person and she helped apply my rewards to my order.

Very hit and miss in terms of service. Food is typical Subway, which is good, but nothing to make you go "Oh my my, now THIS is a sandwich!" So, relatively fine overall. But again, it's the service that can be substandard.

With the BOGO 50% deal, I got two foot longs for about $15 total., not bad! The steak & cheese was pretty good, and the Italian was pretty good. I've had better sandwiches, but when you eat at Subway you should know well in advance this isn't the best sandwich in San Diego.PROS:-Not a bad value if you have a coupon or use the App for the BOGO 50% off deal. -Somewhat healthier than your typical burger & fries fast food. Maybe not if you order the sodium rich Italian. -Cheaper than the competition in general. CONS:-Not the best sandwich, not the worst either.-Skimpy on the meat compared to competitors. You get what you pay for? I would never pay full price here, but I'll be back with a coupon! :)

I went there last night and had one of the best experiences ever. The cashier was super friendly and attentive I felt to welcomed and cared for. She was the only staff there helping 2 ongoing orders and had me and 2 other gentlemen waiting after me. I made it before they closed and the store was clean.

I haven't eaten here yet. I wanted to but no one picks up the phone. The time someone did pick up the phone they just hung the phone up. Not sure how a place runs when no answers a phone. Based on reviews from years ago no one was picking up then either. I don't think this place cares if they get business or not or about reviews on here.i just want to know if they have something in stock before I order it. Last time another location didn't have an item and it was a big hassle to change the order. Lol whatever. Does someone actually work here? Is it open well I guess you'll never know if you're disabled and can't get to the store. Edit: as of 6/9/22 still no answer when you call the number listed on Google and on their website. Lol ok ..

The one star has nothing to do with their fantastic team. They are always beyond helpful when I go in. This one star goes out to their store manager and their outright abysmal choices. The servers were down for online ordering, in knowing this the Manager chose to leave their store as a place you could order online still during said outrage, thus letting the ap take your money only to he told oh it'll be force refunded but hey, we took your money so good luck.

Do not order from this subway if your using the app. Your food will be consistently wrong. I order 2-3x a week.I cannot eat mayonnaise and today my sandwich was smothered in it. Today was the first time iv called and ask for it to be corrected since I threw it away. They would not credit me and they were unhelpful. Ordering from the app is quick and easy when your busy at work and unfortunately I only order when I’m at work.Better off to use another establishment when placing online orders.

I've only eaten here once - mainly just because I was hungry, nearby, and it was open. Prices here are a dollar more for the same item than at some other locations, but at least they gave me what I ordered - even if no reason to come back. The average Yelp rating for this location is 2.5 stars, so my 3 seems almost "generous".

Yesterday my boyfriend bought a spicy Italian foot long. A little later he started having stomach cramps and then it started vomiting. Today is the same and I tried to call but nobody picks up the phone.

Horrible customer service. I recommend you drive away or go elsewhere. I'm never going back to subway after going to this subway.
