I love suki Hana but this specific location is not good. I ordered a combo 1 with extra chicken but they gave me the bare minimum chicken. I have ordered from other locations and they usually top off the plate but this time they didnt even fill it half way. It is not worth $17

I ordered the beef teriyaki but it was more minced meat that was grilled crispy with not a lot of teriyaki sauce and tasteless steamed veggies. Not a good price quality, you can way better go to panda express, it’s cheaper and more flavourful.

Service was okay - nothing to write home about. The Beef, Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki plate was not mom’s home cooked style. It was just okay.

Today l bought a dumpling from that restaurant it was completely overcooked like there was no way to eat that when l arrived home and saw that l put the box completely in the trash can.l wonder how a person can do that and put a completely overlooked food in someone’s bag !!!

I ordered chicken teriyaki but I believe that wasn’t chicken it was something else, I believe they served duck instead of chicken. Not very sure but it wasn’t a positive experience, the broccoli was not cooked well.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki from Suki Hana at Westfield UTC Dining Terrace. It was the worst teriyaki I’ve ever had—no taste, and the chicken was burned. The rice was also really bad

Don't sell the burnt chicken that's been sitting on the right corner of the grill for scraps. That's for cats and dogs outside, not for customers that are paying $15 a plate. Serve fresh meat, it's only a fair thing to do.

While roaming around the fast food area in UTC, my mom and I decided to try a Japanese food. We both ordered the same meal: a combo of beef and chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies. It was delicious! It was nice to be able to watch the chefs cook our food. The seating was comfortable, and the servers and cooks were really friendly. The portions were generous too, we even had leftovers.

I placed a order my number was 46 as I was waiting for about 30 plus minutes, the Latino cook asked another Latino what's his number which was 54, the cook finally finish cooking the chicken which the gentleman who was 54 and I ordered the same thing. This so called cook fixed number 54 order first without reservations for anyone else order and then I confronted the cook with "why are you making this man's order first when I'm number 46 and he's 54" and this person couldn't answer and the other 2 employees just stood there looking stupid. SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT. I will never patronize this establishment again. 7007 FRIAS RD #935
