Don't sell the burnt chicken that's been sitting on the right corner of the grill for scraps. That's for cats and dogs outside, not for customers that are paying $15 a plate. Serve fresh meat, it's only a fair thing to do.

While roaming around the fast food area in UTC, my mom and I decided to try a Japanese food. We both ordered the same meal: a combo of beef and chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies. It was delicious! It was nice to be able to watch the chefs cook our food. The seating was comfortable, and the servers and cooks were really friendly. The portions were generous too, we even had leftovers.

I placed a order my number was 46 as I was waiting for about 30 plus minutes, the Latino cook asked another Latino what's his number which was 54, the cook finally finish cooking the chicken which the gentleman who was 54 and I ordered the same thing. This so called cook fixed number 54 order first without reservations for anyone else order and then I confronted the cook with "why are you making this man's order first when I'm number 46 and he's 54" and this person couldn't answer and the other 2 employees just stood there looking stupid. SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT. I will never patronize this establishment again. 7007 FRIAS RD #935

Suki Hana, originally known in Westfield as "Sarku Japan" has fantastic food. However, after their remodel/rebrand, they're currently suffering some growing pains.
New employees mean they don't know the practice of preparing the meat PRIOR to orders, leaving customers waiting in line for uncomfortable amounts of time.
As an avid people-watcher, it's a little morbidly funny to see the poor customers waiting anxiously with their children, knowing that staff is only on order four, and they are number 21.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie plate. Not much else.

Isaiah attempted to order my food. I had to wait because the person never asked me if I was ready and I stood there for about 10 minutes staring at him and then I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. He said any moment, so then I placed my order and next thing I know I’m standing in front for another 20 minutes, not knowing that he told me the wrong number to wait for my food got cold, and he still expected me to enjoy it with my family so then I requested a refund and he told me I couldn’t have one and I told him no I can because nobody likes cold food and bad service. I would be careful eating here because the staff just likes to play around and not really do their job.
