Great first experience. Very friendly staff. And you know it’s good when your kid pulls this move. Barley ice cream and strawberry split scoop. Brought ice cream back to Soon Hak where they let us enjoy it

Finally made it after being on my try list for a long while! The flavors in theory are all excellent, but we tried 5 flavors and every single one was over flavored. It’s like packaged artificial flavor was used in the ice cream base, but too much was put in.

Conveniently located right next to where we had BBQ, Sunday Ice Cream was an easy and sweet stop after dinner. The shop has tons of creative Asian-inspired flavors that caught our eye right away — from sesame to matcha to taro. We tried the sesame ice cream, and it was creamy, rich, and awesomely delicious. The place was packed but the line moved quickly, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Parking, on the other hand, was a bit of a hassle. The area is super busy, so we ended up parking in a nearby paid garage — not too bad for the convenience. Overall, a fun and tasty experience, especially if you’re into Asian-style flavors and want a nice treat after your meal!

No frills ice cream spot that has 10/10 flavors! It’s hard to pick a favorite because all of them are so good!

Sunday's is a nice little ice cream shop that offers some unique flavors. The honey dew melon and taro were our favorite flavors! The shop is pretty small, so there can be a line, but its definitely worth the wait and the staff are very friendly.

The Ube Taro was probably my favorite ice cream of all time.

Black seasme was good but not too much..

Nice atmosphere right next to a kbbq spot so I would go after eating some kbbq if you got room.

Oh so creamy. Oh so good! Got the usual $8 double-scoop Taro Ube and Pandan in a waffle bowl. Topped it with condensed milk and sprinkles. Parking was terrible as usual, so hubby dropped me off and I went in. Next time I’ll order Taro Ube with Hello Panda.

Awesome flavors, base has a great gelato-like texture. Will be back!

This ice cream tastes like divine radiance. This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my entire life and I would eat it everyday if I could. I would permanently move down to CA only for this ice cream.

Lots of unique, Asian-inspired ice cream flavors that imo are hard to find unless you're buying an entire tub from your Asian grocery.
The ice creams were flavorful, not super sweet, and creamy.
They also sell Lactaid if you forgot yours 😂

Nothing beats a scoop from this place on a sunny San Diego afternoon. Their ice cream is creamy, fresh, and the flavors always hit the spot. You can really taste the love in every bite.

Unique flavors like pandan, black sesame, and jujube honey ! Great quality ice cream. They also have lactaids and stickers ;)

Sunday had some very unique asian flavors which were quite exciting to see. I personally really liked the injeolmi flavor which is kinda like a nutty, light, soybean flavor. We also got the pandan flavor, which was a radioactive green color and unfortunately also seems to dye your mouth and lips green. The large amount of dye in this ice cream personally makes me question the quality of all the other flavors.

I don't think the striking colors of the ice cream is really worth it, the flavors themself speak wonders already. Please improve your strong use of food coloring! Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
