Disorganized, unmarked bags and they put tags and receipts inside of the bags so we cant see which order is whose and have to dig through every bag. Delivery drivers have to scatter around all the bags to see whose order is whose ! A lot of the time they throw bags in random spots so many misplaced bags and orders happen when you are unaware that your order was packed in 2 bags... There is absolutely no communication attempt from employees beside mumbling a name and throwing orders on the shelf while avoiding any human eye contact. It's crazy how little they care about customers. With the volume of people in their store there absolutely need to be a person assigned directly to helping customers with their orders since they don't label most of the bags and just throw receipts inside. It will hopefully help with people taking mistakenly wrong orders or purposely borrowing other peoples food which happened to me multiple times when I had to wait 20 minutes just to be told my order had been picked up already. Total chaos. Meanwhile they have a bunch of older lady employees just doing nothing but chatting. I will never order from here again knowing that most of the time my food will take an hour and a high chance of missing items and even not getting anything.

Urban plates, chipotle, weggiegrill all worked this out somehow sweetgreen is unable to comprehend that their main source of customers are delivery and to go orders, and they choose to treat us the worst. It cant be this hard. Or hire a couple more people if you cant do it. I'm not complaining about waiting time, sure it takes time to prepare food.

You need to make sure people are notified when their order is ready and be able to help right away if someone needs assistance.

One time It took you 25 minutes to tell me that my order was picked up -stolen- by someone when I asked 4 times... Basic salad plate.... about every 5-10 minutes!! after waiting for almost 30 minutes you tell me it was picked up by someone else?! Unacceptable ! Why were you telling me that it's probably being worked on?! Probably?

That's what I'm talking about. You need a person responsible for distribution of orders so things like this don't happen.

Don’t bother ordering delivery from here. This now marks the THIRD time I’ve received my bowl with no sauce or dressing whatsoever. And as someone who orders extra sauce, it’s extra disappointing. Time to place my food delivery orders somewhere else.

Great food, very healthy. Only thing I wish was better was the portion. I know it’s for healthy and therefore, portions are a certain size but for the cost, bigger portion would be appreciated.

Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚

This location was out of multiple sides including sweet potato. I asked if they could sub the warm sweet potato for the cold side of sweet potato and they refused. The manager came out and said they would not sub the sweet potato and I would have to pay an extra $2.50. I feel that I should not have been charged extra since they were the ones who failed to replenish the sides in time.

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

Only been to this SweetGreen and it's ok. Concept is cool and ingredients are fine. The biggest problem is the slow service. They will have tons of people in the back doing prep but hardly anyone in the front serving. The worst part is there will be a line and no sense of urgency. I only come here because it's one of the healthier options.

Sweet green UTC is excellent. This is such a rare gem of a place. To have healthy, quality, fresh food available in grab and go fashion. As someone who has worked in the industry, I understand the pains these individuals go through to have to maintain such high quality. So good on them. Also shoutout to Jodi! Always carrying a good attitude and that will take a person far.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

We had high Hopes for this healthy food choice. could not have been more dissapointed. highly advertised ripple fries, cold and tasteless. 4.55 for about 8 chip/slices. My hot honey chicken bowl was mostly quino, very little slaw and the sweet potatoes cold and tough. the carrot slices were bland and discolored, like they had been sliced days before.the chicken was tough. I was lucky enough to have been given some bread from my friend I was dining with. my bowl and fries,no drink, but gave tip, came to almost 24 dollars. I left hungry and should have said something but didn’t. also, while dining, a gal behind the counter kept running a very large grinder, it took her 2 hands to run it, was so big and loud. we had to stop in the middle of our conversation several times because we could not hear each other. overall not a good experience. on the upside, place was clean, help was friendly, water was cold and easily available. will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Really delicious ‘build your own’ soul bowl. Great value and wide range of clearly labelled vegan options. Highly recommended. Wish we had a chain like this in the UK.
