Why cant they just give you the sauce that you asked for at the drive thru... Even if I pay for extra BBQ they still forget to put it in the bag, and same with the tacobell hot sauce

I’ve been to this Taco Bell/KFC a few times now, and I want to specifically shout out Luis at the front counter. He’s helped me in the past and is consistently respectful, efficient, and friendly. During my visit, it was clear he was staying productive and on top of things even when not everyone around him was pulling the same weight, which can’t be easy. The rest of the team working in the back was also hustling and doing their part. Luis handled everything professionally and made the experience smooth, which is why I felt it was worth mentioning him by name. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Girl taking the order had an attitude but I just decided to ignore it because I was tired and just trying to get my food. I get home and the chicken doesn’t even have chicken, grilled cheese burrito from taco bell as well it’s the worse one I’ve ever had compared to other Taco Bell’s.

I Love Taco Bell!💕maybe it’s just the “ white girl “ in me but I’ll eat at Taco Bell before a taco shop- I wish they had more in SD Food was great but I marked it down because of the atmosphere, mostly young staff and service just meh - the dining room was dirty
