The slowest Taco Bell in America. It takes about an hour for the entire process of the drive through. It’s supposed to be “fast” food.

It's obvious the employees at this place don't like working here; they're slow, and even with a full store and several people working, they don't pick up the pace to avoid making customers wait! The food is terrible.
Well I saw the kitchen floor and it looked disgusting crumbs and pieces of food everywhere like they've never cleaned it once. The food I got was cold the chalupa was disgusting I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone the one on Rosecrans seems to have way better quality way better customer service and probably way better manager don't know what's happening in the aero drive but they should improve
Customer service is shit. Just fast food and can’t even run that right. Place is dirty and food was put together real sloppy and falling apart. Next time I’ll go to a different location.

Crunch wraps weren't wrapped at all what a disgrace
Great service, fast service, good food
Employees only care about drive-thru customers, I was the only customer inside dining room and still took almost 5 minutes to receive my order when cars were being served way faster. I saw 5 cars drive thru before I got my order. Lame service

You need to hire better managers if you want to have kiosks instead of people, they are useless when it comes to help you, unbelievable

Shoutout to the staff—they were friendly, fast - A+.
The food, though? Eh. My Crunchwrap had the structural integrity of a wet paper towel, and the tacos were so sad they could’ve used therapy. I came in craving cheesy, greasy goodness and left wondering if my taste buds were on strike.
Still, points for effort and good vibes at the counter. Just wish the food tasted as good as the service felt.

June 18 10:58pm. Ariana and her associates working the drive thru provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. Give them a raise immediately.

Waited over an hour for food inside while more than 30 cars were served in the drive-through. No updates, no explanation—just ignored. I get that drive-through is busy, but dine-in customers shouldn’t be left hanging. Really disappointing experience.
In the evening you can wait for your order for an hour, they cook it very slowly
