Customer service is shit. Just fast food and can’t even run that right. Place is dirty and food was put together real sloppy and falling apart. Next time I’ll go to a different location.

Employees only care about drive-thru customers, I was the only customer inside dining room and still took almost 5 minutes to receive my order when cars were being served way faster. I saw 5 cars drive thru before I got my order. Lame service

Shoutout to the staff—they were friendly, fast - A+.

The food, though? Eh. My Crunchwrap had the structural integrity of a wet paper towel, and the tacos were so sad they could’ve used therapy. I came in craving cheesy, greasy goodness and left wondering if my taste buds were on strike.

Still, points for effort and good vibes at the counter. Just wish the food tasted as good as the service felt.

Waited over an hour for food inside while more than 30 cars were served in the drive-through. No updates, no explanation—just ignored. I get that drive-through is busy, but dine-in customers shouldn’t be left hanging. Really disappointing experience.

I received my three orders in one big bag though the drive thru. I was not very happy😡. I walked in and asked the person walking by if she could fix my order. A few minutes later Samantha saved my night and turned my frow upside 😊😊😊.

Placed an order at 1:16pm on a mobile order, notification stated the food is ready at 1:18-1:20pm.
Waiting in the front counter for my order to find out it's been sitting on the top counter in the kitchen with my name and order number, I waited for more than 30 mins for my order staring at the food just sitting there. Staffs act like we don't exist and not even checking in. Only drive-thru orders they're somewhat trained to do. I had 2-3 other customers waiting beside me with the same issue. Now understanding why we've been waited, im no longer coming back. Food was luke warm for sitting too long and staffs are undertrained for any customer services, not even a welcome when entering.
