Taco Bell sucks now fast food is really starting to become disappointing more so than just for the food but also the disappointment stems from the lack of customer service and customer care that these businesses are now putting into their locations used to be the customer service or something that businesses to pride in appears to me that those days are over...
Not often my food is right but this Taco Bell actually got it. They rarely mess up and if they do they don't hesitate to fix it.

This restaurant always makes drive through there first priority. Don't go in to order unless you are willing to wait 30min. They never get my order correct, always cheat me on anything extra I pay for. I pay extra and never receive it.

Placed a "grab and go" app order for pickup inside the store. Arrived at pickup time. The hundreds of workers behind the counter never acknowledged people in the lobby. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting I was helped only to find out that my order had not been made yet although it was supposed to be ready when I got there. Meanwhile they serve everyone in the drive thru. I see at least ten cars ordering and getting their food before they even start making my order. The customer service at this place sucks. It's like they don't have any managers or supervisors to keep the workers in check. Either that or their managers and supervisors are as incompetent as the rest of the workers. Never going to this taco bell and will be avoiding taco bells in general. Del Taco in mission valley will be my choice over this store from here on out. Make things right!

Only got a single chicken melt because for some reason this location is significantly more expensive than others. My pregnant wife took a bite and immediately threw up because there was what appeared to be white fuzz inside the melt and stuck to the pita bread.
