Honestly this Taco Bell is the best one I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived across the world and in 15 states. When you open it, the organization and presentation is on par with Sugarfish (iykyk). And they’re always so kind, patient, and professional—> especially being located in a touristy/college part of the city. kudos guys!

I go here all the time and it’s a standard Taco Bell. I just had a really strange experience where I mobile ordered and walked to pick up my order. Apparently they only accept customers by vehicle after a certain time, so my order was cancelled and not fulfilled, unannounced to me. Quite disappointing that they accept orders after a certain hour but it’s only drive-thru.

This one-star rating is not for the employees but for the managers or whoever is running the operation here. There are only three people working and hundreds of orders, so we’re all stuck waiting. It’s really poor management.

As a door dasher I have waited more that 15 min after my order supposed to be ready twice this second time was drawing the line. Not only were employees siting in lobby my order was ignored as they made orders that were walking in both times. I asked about my order and they said it was handed out wrong as if I hadn’t been in the lobby waiting. Manager didn’t even address me and I had multiple employees confused on my order worst location in PB and horrible employees very rude.

This branch 4401 Mission Blvd San Diego 92109 They are very rude My son asking for bathroom code and iam doing order to my family in my application. The guy who is working ignored my son first time and we told him second time we in Process to ordered but he ignored my son again. So I asked the manager but she was very rude also and she said I will call cops for us.
So we left and my decision will not use Taco bell again. And I will tell all my friends about this ride way at your shop.

The food was cold. The stuff was rude. They didn’t gave me a sauce. Everything was dirty, especially the restroom. Overall it was a bad experience.
Decided I would give it a try again after so many yrs of coming to this location. When I lived close by they always never made my order right. Today I was in the area and wanted taco bell hoping they would get it right. It was so simple! I got 3 supreme tacos and they made all three regular 🙄. I give up on this location

I went to get taco bell. The dining is closed. I do not have a car with me in walked a long way to get it. I walked up to the drive through and asked if its okay if I ordered. They said no I have to be in a car. And I said even though im standing here and I have no car? They said no that's what drive throughs are for. Thats why its a drive through. In a condescending tone. I asked for her name because that wasn't necessary to act that way when I came to politely ask. She kept calling back to me as im walking away that is what cars are for a drive through. She said her name is Olivia. Black hair with a bun and a taco bell hat. Extremely rude. I would not want her as my employee for any buisness I would ever have. It was unnecessary and overly rude. I wont be going here again the experience really put me off. I was given no alternative to pay for a meal. Did not help me at all.

This is quite possibly the worst tbell ever lol. First time I came here there was a long black hair in my burrito.. today I decided to give it another try & they got my order completely wrong with items I didn’t even ask for.. not only that but the quality is so baddd… I love my north park tbell.. PB got it bad..
