Taco Fiesta Restaurant

IM SO DISAPPOINTED. I will be fair with my words though. My husband and I were SO EXCITED about this place, the food is so bomb, they’re open late AND cheap. However after tonight I will never eat there again out of spite. I’m a vegetarian of 10 years (I know you hate to hear it, but I’m not one of the annoying ones) I always order rolled potato tacos and usually check them but have never had a problem. Obviously tonight it was chicken. Of course just check your damn food because people don’t pay attention at their jobs sometimes. Fault is mine too but damn cmon.

It saddens me to have to make this review because I have been going here since I was a kid, but lately their service has been horrible. There is this one specific older lady that will not listen then gets an attitude when you request for them to correct your order. Back in December when I was pregnant, I asked for a California burrito and she gave me only carne asada, I went back and asked and she insisted I said carne asada. We went back and forth for a bit then she started speaking Spanish to her cook, thinking I couldn’t understand because I’m black, but I’m Latina as well so I replied back to her in Spanish and told her not to talk bad in front of customers. Today my husband asked for no cheese on his nachos as he always does and they put a lot of cheese, mind you, he’s lactose intolerant. He drove back all the way from home, and when he got his order fixed, they were petty enough to barely put meat on his nachos this time around. My husband was so upset he stated he will not be spending his money there, and if I want one of their burritos I will have to buy it myself. I most likely won’t be going back anytime soon, mind you when I was pregnant I would crave their burritos like twice a week.

Dietary restrictions: They need to be mindful when people request things to be off their plate.

This place turns a taco run into a headache. They only give two sauces per order, no matter the size of your order, and charge extra for more seriously?

Worse, the lady working nights is beyond rude. Her nasty attitude ruins the experience. If she’s there, just keep driving. She is the one that tries to get you pay more for condiments.

The food’s okay, but the stingy sauce policy and awful service make it not worth the trouble. Find another taco spot that values its customers.

This used to be one of my very favorite mexican food places for over 25 years but I had a recent experience which was extremely disturbing. The burrito I ordered via drive thru was so bad I couldn't eat it. When I nicely called the restaurant they were extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk with the manager and the same guy who had hung up on me refused to transfer to the manager. I have called back multiple times over multiple days and the same guy always answers and tells me he doesn't know when the manager will be in and says "maybe tomorrow." The customer service here is extremely disturbing!!!!!!!!

Burritos are good, but not as big for the price as some other places. I still enjoy it and go every so often. There’s no indoors, just seating on the patio. I’d say it’s more of a takeout place.

Parking: Free parking, very small lot but I’ve been able to park right away both times I went.

Hope you didn’t want chips and salsa because it’s four dollars for chips and another four for salsa. I should’ve took this as a red flag and ate somewhere else. I had to bend the attendants arm just to get some salsa for my tacos. The customer service was definitely lacking. As I ran my payment, I asked if it went through. A simple yes would have been plenty, but instead, the employee just ignored me and walked away. The Carne Asada tacos were just passable, but certainly lacking in flavor and the meat definitely could’ve been better. To top it all off they’re still using Styrofoam. I won’t be back.
