Iv been a loyal customer for over a decade, and even though this hurts my soul because I loved it here unfortunately as of the last year or so, IV been experiencing disappointment after disappointment. I understand Mistakes happen , but when it comes to the handling of allergies and customer satisfaction theres a line you can't cross and they sure have multiple times. I thought since they've added the pressure to tip and are getting tipped by me always they'd ensure quality and better attention to detail. Especially when dealing with allergens. Multiple times have we had to waste not only time, gas and the unnecessary arguments with employees to get our food corrected . I know the owners and head chef would never let this quality of satisfaction fly by

Nice taco shop in a rough community, store has a old colonial vibe. Tacos are really good, nice and hot. Nonetheless street tacos were good and affordable.

Very bad experience. We went on a Saturday around 3:00 p.m. and the service was terrible from the start. We ordered burritos with avocado, and only one of them had it. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it politely, they said they would charge extra for adding the avocado.
The burrito was huge and they didn’t even bother to cut it in half. We asked the cashier if they could cut it and she rudely said, “we can’t.”
While we were eating, the staff started cleaning right next to us, using strong chemicals and Pinol, with no regard for the customers dining there. The staff at the front and the cooks in the back were staring and whispering about us, making us feel extremely uncomfortable.
The food had no flavor, the environment was unwelcoming, and the customer service was awful. Definitely not coming back. 👎
Love the Carne Asada fries! The beef is seasoned, cooked, and delicious. The fries are golden and fresh. Friendly service and fresh sauces compliment the clean restaurant. An excellent place to get great Mexican food in San Diego

Wassup good when they first opened up,but over the years it has become just another taco shop cutting corners trying to save a buck💲
Got our order wrong, the person at the drive thru can’t hear correctly and she put in the wrong order.
Best tacoshop in southeast
