The masa is super moist, and the amount of meat is generous. The chicken tamales are filled with moist and flavorful chicken, while the pork tamales are tender and cooked in its sauce. The tamales are made in banana leaves, adding to their authenticity. The owners are friendly and the service is excellent. With a wide range of flavors to choose from, including chicken, pork, queso, and peppers con queso, there's something for everyone. The tamales are worth every penny, and the guy working the stall is super nice. Though not as cheap as before, they remain delicious—get the ones in the banana leaf if you can. Just bring your Tapatio, as salsa might be out. Every bite is a little surprise—beef, pork, or dessert, all are delicious!
