this is not your typical enchilada joint. Very authentic and fun. Mole was rich and deep. heck even the guacamole was a standout. Very friendly
The caldo selection is pretty good. I got the caldo de pollo, caldo de res and menudo. It was very very tasty. Will definitely go back
Classic lunch counter for quality, balanced meals served at a reasonable price. In my 30 minute lunch break I know I can always walk here, eat, and be in my way quickly. Every item is very flavorful with the kind of richness slow cooked meats give. If you want a home cooked meal asap, there is no competition. Also they always have older latin music playing on the TV that makes it feel like you are visiting a friend rather than sitting in some business playing some corporate playlist...read full review
