This location, in particular is outstanding because of the superior customer service. The cashier woman was the sweetest. She knew all the answers to all my questions I had and helped me make my decision. I ordered the lavender Matcha milk tea with sea salt foam 1/2 sweet. Good choice for me, she knew what I would like. I appreciate her help. The drink was creamy smooth and extra tasty. Happy I chose this location.
Absolutely our favorite place now becomes a tradition every Tuesday or Wednesday. We must have our favorite Boba. We’ve been going there since my daughter was third grade, right now My daughter is freshman. The owner and her sister are delightful always very kind and welcoming.
I came in today and they have amazing customer service! I didn't like my drink at first (not their fault I'm super picky lol) and they didn't hesitate to make me a new one no extra charge. As someone who works in customer service, it's rare to see people as kind as the employee who helped us out! Everything was delicious & made quickly, clean store and a great menu :)
