So. Good. We did to-go for a large group and almost no complaints. Asada, California burritos, and the fish plate all went over really well. Their asada in particular was some of my favorite I've had at any burrito place. The only complaint was the shrimp in one burrito tasting bland and overcooked. Parking is limited, and there's a decent amount of seating for a lunch or dinner stop. It's counter serve, not full service, but the people were friendly and nailed...
The Chile verde burrito at Taqueria Los Ruiz is something I think about at least once a day! The burrito is full of flavor, the right amount of beans, in a fresh tortilla - all the makings of a perfect burrito. It is large, so come hungry (or share).

Super solid spot—honestly the best Mexican food we’ve found in the area so far. The burrito was straight fire 🔥 I went with the carnitas monster burrito and it was absolutely worth it. Unlike a lot of places that skimp on the meat or other ingredients, this one was actually stacked and packed nicely with everything, so you’re getting your money’s worth.
