We used Taquizas Tommy Street Tacos for our baby shower and they were great! Communication was good and I always got quick responses. On the day of my event, they arrived early and had everything set up ahead of time. The food and drinks were delicious. I had several ppl comment on how much they enjoyed the food 😊. So happy I decided to go with them and will be using them in the future!

Tommy and his wife did an AMAZING job for my cousin’s wedding. He was very responsive leading up to the wedding and friendly with guests. Everyone loved the food, especially the amount of options they provided for toppings. You certainly get more than you’re paying for and we’d definitely hire them again!

I wish I could leave a fully positive review, because I was told that the food itself was genuinely good. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to major timing issues and their complete lack of communication.

Our catering service was scheduled to serve food from 6:30–8:30 PM, but the team did not arrive until after 7:00 PM. They didn’t actually begin serving food until close to 8:30 PM, and then began packing up around 9:30 PM. Not only were they significantly late, but they effectively did not provide the full two hours of service that we had paid for.

Because of this delay, some guests—including myself—missed the opportunity to eat, which was incredibly frustrating on such an important day. Those that were able to eventually eat complained that they were starving. This completely disrupted the flow of our reception.

What was most disappointing, though, was the lack of communication afterward. I reached out simply to understand what had happened, and never received a response. I sent a follow-up email as well, and again received no reply.

While the food tasted good (to those that were able to eat it), reliability, professionalism, and communication are critical for a wedding vendor. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in those areas.

We brought Tommy Street in for an event for about 25 people at Good Life Resorts. They did a stellar job. Nothing but rave reviews about the food. Highly recommend!

Tommy is excellent. He’s hosted twice at my resort Good Life vacation rental resort. Our guests love the authentic street food. All the meats were very tender. Salsa was spicy and fresh tortillas made right on the spot, which was incredible. Very authentic.

We had a great experience for our party of about 35 people or so. The food was so delicious and fresh (fresh corn tortillas cooked on site) so that was the main thing! And they were super communicative throughout, on time, and quick/easy set up and clean up. Very friendly service all of our guests were so happy, and we loved all of the sides sauces and grilled jalapeños and onions made it so delicious. Will definitely use again!
