I ordered the sweet and sour pork with a side of rice. To my surprise, after putting a piece in my mouth and biting down, I quickly discovered that there were bones! Luckily I didn’t cut my gums or hurt by teeth. I began visually inspecting the dish and found that nearly 75-80% of the pork had bones. I would have thought I had ordered short ribs at that point; however, it is advertised as sweet and sour pork. I paid $16 ($18 if you include the rice) for a dish that was ~20% edible. In addition to the horrible experience with the food itself, my food was very late. I recognize that it was a Friday night, but my order arrived nearly an hour and a half after placing the order, and a half hour after the communicated delivery time. By the time it arrived, it was cold. Between the cold food and the bone-ridden pork, I would not recommend this place.

The food was authentic and tasted great! The xiao long bao is one of the best I’ve ever had! Service was okay. You can’t really customize the food if it were for children. For example, we wanted the orange chicken but with the sauce on the side. They couldn’t do it or maybe they didn’t understand us but that’s okay. They could really improve by greeting you with a smile and thanking you as you walk out. A friendly demeanor is what I meant. We walked in right before dinner time so it was really busy right after we sat down and the place was a full house with lots of noise. Understandable, but overall, a good experience.

Tasty noodles at Tasty Noodle House! We ordered the seafood chow mein with black pepper sauce (shrimp, scallop, squid, white fish), marinated pork feet noodle soup, and Shanghai grilled pork bun. Everything tasted amazing. Friendly and quick service. Suggest getting street parking on a parallel road then trying to park in the parking lot. Recommend!

The food here is amazing, but the service is subpar to say the least. We drove over an hour and a half and arrived at 2:13pm, just to be told that their last call was at 2:15pm. Regardless of when they closed at 2:30, we were still there before the last call yet were refused service. We weren't given the option to get anything to go, which we would have gladly taken had it been proposed. There is no indication of there being a last call on their website neither their Google page. It would be understandable if they had a full house, but there were only two parties of 2-3 people that were already eating. The service and lack of care for returning customers is disappointing. Even after we told her we drove in all this way. Will never return.

Family styled comfort food. We ordered the House Sauce Noodles with Pork, Thai Styled Fried Rice, 10 Chive and Pork Dumpings and Prawn with Spicy Minced Pork Noodle Soup. I really liked the Prawn with Spicy Minced Pork Noodle Soup but everything tasted good too. Can’t go wrong at this restaurant! Also it can get super busy as well.

Came here on a friday night to pick up my order. They were slammed with a good wait outside and I waited inside for my food as they were running behind on orders. Don't bother calling them because they didn't answer any of the 5 calls they got while I was there. One item we got was wrong was we ordered a noodle dish and to NOT come with the soup but it still did. I got the house sweet and sour pork and while it was tasty it was very time consuming to eat as almost every piece had bone in it and if it wasn't an easy big bone you could eat around and pull off it would be small pieces of bone that honestly would take too much time to get out so I couldn't enjoy my bite. We also got an order of chive and pork dumplings and they were alright. Some were juicy and some were dry - if it didn't have any sauce on it, then it wasn't as flavorful as the others. They have a large menu so I'd be open to trying it again, but for the wait and price it may be put on the back burner of places to come back to.

The cute name matches the food!We go to this place monthly and our standard order is, soup dumplings, mushroom eggplant, chicken and shrimp chow mein and cumin lamb ( or kung Pao chicken or Taiwanese chicken), all very good and reasonably priced given the quality. Best Shanghai style Chinese in San diego, we've tried to find better but have failed. Sometimes it gets crowded so plan accordingly. Kid friendly as the food comes out quickly

Restaurant closing time on Google is 10pm and 9.45pm on their website. We reached at 9.25pm and yet they refused to serve saying they are closed.
