Found a live bug crawling on my lettuce in the Happier Vegan bowl. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I didn’t even notice until after eating part of it, totally ruined my appetite. For a place that advertises fresh, clean food, this is really concerning. Definitely makes me question how carefully ingredients are washed and handled.

I placed an order one week in advance, I called to confirm my order the night before I was expecting it and was told I would have to speak with a supervisor and the girl working the phone took a note and they would call me back after a meeting. I received no phone call and sure enough one hour before my requested delivery time the order was canceled. When I called the restaurant, I was told that there’s nothing they can do for me. They have no explanation for what happened and if I want the food, just re-order. This is the first time I’ve ever tried this restaurant and that’s not a great person impression so I won’t be attempting this one again

The food at Tender Greens isn't bad overall, but I was disappointed with this particular restaurant. The food arrived so cold that the potatoes tasted like rubber. The bread was also burnt, so I asked for a replacement, which the staff kindly did. This time, the bread wasn't burnt, but it was old and stale, making it no fun to eat. The salad wasn't bad, but they added too much dressing, making me want to eat something afterward. The only option my girlfriend and I had was old, tasteless bread.

Easy to order online & pick up. Great food! If there’s a line it takes a minute but it’s not the employees it’s people ordering that don’t know what they want ahead of time & have a lot of questions.

The chipotle barbecue chicken salad I ordered was tasty, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that my salad took more than 30 minutes to prepare, which is a long time to wait for a Tuesday lunch. But I'd be willing to try them again.

My 11 year old nephew chose this place and I had no idea the goodness that was inside!!! I started with the olive oil cake which was soooooo moist and delicious. Its a bit on the sweeter side (which i loved). My nephew got the Thai Bowl with grilled shrimp and he wolfed that down. I got side orders (the roasted veggies and a side salad and I was so happy). Chris the manager checked on us and was so sweet and accommodating. You felt such a welcome vibe in the restaurant and everything looked so clean and orderly (you can watch them make everything). Dont hesitate and come into the UTC Tendergreens for a filling and delicious meal. We'll be back!!

Tender Greens is a shell of its former self and this location truly illustrates that. Ordering is chaotic with the cashiers and table runners crossing paths behind the register. Food takes awhile to come out. Both of us ordered salads and one came out after about 15 minutes and the second took almost 30 minutes. The salads are very lettuce heavy with very little of the mx ins, such as protein. The restaurant used to give a healthy portion of chicken and now finding the chicken pieces is more of an Easter egg hunt. For the price, it just isn't worth it anymore.

Non generous portion (bowl). For the price it’s not worth it. Basically a glorified Chipotle bowl with half the meat. Yikes.

Healthy food & great service! Docked a star on atmosphere because the bathroom was very dirty. Likely due to how busy they were when I was there though!

Terrible restaurant. I paid $18 for the tiniest plate of mediocre food. The chipotle chicken was dry and disgusting. The veggies genuinely put me off vegetables for the rest of my life. I took a risk trying this place and no wonder its always empty because its terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SWEETGREEN IS MUCH TASTIER AND BETTER VALUE!

the portion size is way too small for the amount you pay. an 18$ plate with dry chicken, unflavorful veggies, and mediocre mash. sweet green is a 2 min walk and has significantly better value and quality
