Nice place to relax and have dinner. Food took over 30 minutes to show up to table.
Visited Sunday lunchtime. Food was fantastic. Service was great too.
Burger cooked exactly the way I asked and fully plain too as requested.
Everyone ate all the food.
Service was great and we didn't have to wait too long.
Great place! I
Have to give the place a 1 star. I can't even rate the food. . . because it never came š . Main waiter went to lunch and came back. He was shocked we hadn't received our food. About 5 mins later the main hostess or manager comes out to speak to us to see if everything is ok, to inform us our food will be out shortly, but couldn't provide us an estimated time frame. Like what? 4-7 mins? 10mins? At the point we had been waiting for our food roughly 45 mins. When we informed her we were leaving instead, she rolls her eyes, huffs, and proceeds to walk away. Like if it's our fault and did something wrong. We'll, yeah, you're right. We're at fault for being there in the first place. Truly unprofessional.
Other reviews have mentioned it. The wait time for food arrivals is horrible. There needs to be better communication, or the kitchen needs to stop forgetting to drop orders in.
As always, a very good dinner option!

Rename it on Waiting Factory rather than Cheesecake one š. Was waiting on everything, to be seated, for starter and the cake as well. Food quite fine.

This was one of the worst experiences I had at the Cheesecake Factory. They took over 50 minutes to bring out our food, the green beans were under cooked with no seasoning, the corn was drenched in butter and over cooked, and the mashed potatoes will give you high blood pressure with the amount of salt they put in them. This is definitely not the Cheesecake Factory that I remembered. Iām completely underwhelmed with their service and their food.

Awful service, fair enough there is a waiting time, but when you are seeing 50 Empty tables and have to wait an hour is a joke. Never normally leave bad reviews but shocking.

Took over an hour to get our kids meal which was pizzas and my wife and I waited another 15 minutes for ours. The manager never came over and apologized. Our server was nice but very slow as well. We've been to multiple Cheesecake Factory's and this one was the only one we have had a issue with.

Very nice location here in SD Bay, very nice and elegant place, good atmosphere for breakfast and a very wide variety of food so you will surely find it too. The variety of desserts is great, so it is an excellent option to eat with the family.

The sauce of my fettuccine alfredo was very oily and the cheese was grainy. Could not finish my plate. The server didn't do anything to address the issue and still charged us full price.

While food was tasty and the service good, this Cheesecake Factory in Seaport Village is simply stingy. Brussels Sprouts are mostly leaves. Sangria comes LITERALLY in half a glass for over $16 without ice. Stuffed mushrooms - I counted 6. The manager's response to my inquiries about value expoused corporate ideology and laughable rationales over customer experience or value for money. I'll take my business elsewhere...
