I ordered a veggie burger with fries and received a regular beef patty cheeseburger. Returned it for what I originally ordered. Thank goodness they don't skimp on French fries because the veggie burger was absolutely falling apart and not good anyway. I see that none of the food establishments in the airport are worth a darn. What a mess.
My experience with Einstein Brothers bagels 20 minutes prior to this with the incredibly greasy cheese melt and a plain bagel swimming in butter. I returned that food as well. Do better!

For $15 you get a dry, stale burger that’s half the size of the bun. I’ve been to Counters before and enjoyed them, but the airport location was atrocious food quality and value

Yet another airport option for food on a leg of our journey. The breakfast burrito was about as thick as my hand and about 6 inches for $13.50. Yes, it was substance on a empty stomach and the same standard bland flavor. But with Aunt Emma’s Pancakes ( in National City) on my mind, The Counter was a disappointment. In comparison, my home made breakfast burrito’s more than double in size would have cost 3 times as much. Then another large café latte for only $5 that is between 16 and 20oz. I was happy to get home and make my own large latte for less than 20 cents.

Food took way too long. Was waiting for 20 mins for a breakfast burrito
One of the best airport food I tasted! Tried their clsssic cheeseburgers and 50/50 fries! Awsome food! It’s close to gate 7 at the San Diego airport! I highly recommend!

Best bang for your buck in this wing of the airport. Got the old school cheese burger snd fry soda combo. Not the best tasting but like I said your best purchase for options. Filling. I say check it out if you need a quick bite to hold you over.

I don't recommend the mushroom burger.
Food was ok. What was really disappointing was the service. Girl at the register was distracted, got my son's order wrong. When I went to rectify it, she proceeded to tell her coworkers that I didn't order it plain. I said yes I did, she kept saying no you didn't. My son always takes his burger plain, why would I all of a sudden forget. And what happened to customer service.... geeze!

The Cali Breakfast Bowl is more of a salad. The tomatoes and spinach aren't cooked....

Gross sysco-style cafeteria burger. Mine wasn't even fully cooked. Fries were overdone and old tasting. This review is mostly for myself so I don't make the mistake of eating here again.

Prices are inflamed as any other typical airport food. Salad portions are big. And I will happily return here because other than the soda cups, every thing else is served in paper boxes with compostable utensils and paper straws. Great job! ?

I ordered the Chipotle chicken sandwich. It was pretty good but the chicken was a little dry. There's no place to sit in this restaurant. There's only a standing room table where unfortunately your only choice is to face the workers behind the counter while you're eating, kind of awkward. This restaurant is in the airport so of course the prices are higher than they probably should be, but I would eat there again.
