Terrible customer service. I placed an order online, then called to make a quick modification since there’s no option to do that online. The woman who answered named Ashley sounded half-asleep and told me the location was closed—even though it clearly showed as open and accepted my order. She put me on hold, came back saying, “Oh, it’s open,” then immediately hung up on me.
When I arrived to pick up my food, I asked if they had a direct phone number. She said yes, but then added that “no one knows the number,” which makes no sense. Overall, just a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Habit is a very consistent burger spot that always has great food quality and service. I tried their new tempura avocado - tastes great but definitely not worth getting again, avocados are just pricy in general, nothing against the Habit themselves!
Tried the Santa Barbara double char sandwich for the first time, it's a must have if you visit.

We had a large cary out order which was prepared with perfection. We had a variety of burgers each with different toppings and all was correct. The order was done on time and was fresh not sitting under a heat lamp. Definitely recommend.

Best fast casual hamburger in SoCal rivals In and Out for quality. The variety of the menu is a big plus. Try the TriTip and Chicken choices for sides the Tempura Green Beans are a winner when you don't want fries.
The onion rings with the Ranch are the best I have found anywhere.

Gotta get that upcharge! Ordered ranch with our meal for two sides. Still was made to pay again for a ranch i already paid for, woman was a little rude and didnt want to acknowledge that i had something else to saym just said pay and walked away . Only people in the place took 15+ minutes to get food. $14 for a burger you could kick a 0.03 cent ranch for free. Stuff like this is why people like us stop patroning these places
