I drove thru and ordered a single with cheese, no mayo (can't do mayo on hot food, ugh)... I think they cook to order because it takes a few minutes... solid burger, melted cheese, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce for about $7...my go to for a carb cheet day

I usually enjoy The Habit Burger at other locations, but this branch was a disappointment. Right when I arrived, I was surprised by how slow everything was—and by the time I left, I understood why. The service was weak, and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude. I asked for an extra ranch and was told it would be $0.65, which I’ve never been charged at other branches. It really feels like the quality here doesn’t match what I’ve come to expect from The Habit. Not planning to return to this location anytime soon.

Rude attitude after spending $25.00 for a combo and extra fries, I wish you hire better customer service crew! She left me waiting extra minutes for a ranch dressing side. The lady without a name tag buy lots of makeup serviced us.I’m not happy with your service at this location.

They're pretty careless and just go thru the motions when ordering they'll give you whatever they want to give you and over charge you as well. There is much better options out there and have half the price I won't be back.

I ordered the portobello char. I haven’t eating here for about 3 months until tonight. I have noticed the portobello char burgers have been getting smaller and smaller. Tonight this burger I ordered is tiny. It’s fair to say I won’t be eating at habit grill anytime in the near future. Adios habit grill.
Have been to several Habits and this was the first time the burger I ordered was not fresh. Received my order quickly which tells me it has been pre-made, McDonald's style.

I would give a 0- STAR IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, Worst customer service at this location, very racist location 100% and i would be careful going here because i am very positive they tamper with food to people they profile due to the color of your skin, never been treated worse at any restaurant ever, whoever trained these clowns must have also trained the animals at the zoo
