I would give a 0- STAR IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, Worst customer service at this location, very racist location 100% and i would be careful going here because i am very positive they tamper with food to people they profile due to the color of your skin, never been treated worse at any restaurant ever, whoever trained these clowns must have also trained the animals at the zoo

This hamburger was by far the worst hamburger I've ever eaten. The burgers tasted like mystery meat, like the kind you get from school lunches as a kid. The bun was a sloppy soggy mess, the onions we're a sour wet mess the lettuce was limp and an oily mess. After a few bites I spit it out and threw it in the trash... $ 25.00 waste of money!! I wouldn't feed this slop to my dog. That said, I'll never go here ever again! The worst hamburger ever.

They tried to charge me $4.70 for an order of fries that had 20 fries in it Their cook thought it was funny And looking at me laughing as the manager was talking to him I will never come back to this store again and I will recommend that my friends don't go there and spread the word to others. The so-called manager didn't try to make good either All she had to do is put some more fries in there but she copped an attitude also. I am going to follow with a call to corporate .

Although I was just travelling through, and there is actually one of these near my house. I've always wanted to try it but tried one in San Diego instead. The staff was delightful and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness. The place was spotless clean and the burger and onion rings were delicious. The weird thing is, they have ZERO parking, we had to drive around to find a place. I mean not one single parking spot. It was weird. But... I'll deffinitely try my local one now!
Parking: There are maybe 3 spots in the little alley behind the building, but it is really tight, I thought my car might get scratched or dented from someone elses door.
This is a better than typical fast food joint. The burgers are juicy and fries are cooked well. Everything tastes as expected. They have kiosks set up to order inside and the staff seems annoyed if they have to help you out.

Love the burgers, terrible customer service and hygiene.. Ordered for pick up, nobody at the counter, a lady from the kitchen area, I believe the drive thru attendant came out chewing on food, licking her fingers, wiping her mouth with her hands and then wiping her hands on her shirt ?
I mentioned I had a pick up order and then asked for some ranch and she said they charge for the ranch... You mean to tell me that you follow the ranch rule but don't follow the State's Food Handlers guidelines? Doesn't follow rules your establishment has about eating during your shift, washing your hands, while handling other people's food? The health department might have to pay a visit soon..

A pretty wet, rather tasteless burger, and the fries were luke warm. My first visit to a Habit, and I was looking forward to at least a little crisp on the char grill burger. Instead it felt like it had once been flame grilled, but then kept warm for some time. My bun got wet from the lettuce not being dry, which is something I really don't appreciate. All in all a very unsatisfying experience.
