Service is great, place is clean - however I believe this burgers are smaller than what I've previously had at Habit not sure if its only this locations or if they changed the size in general.and I was disappointed about that.

So we ask the chicken club sandwich, two of them actually, and we ask to the employee if the sandwich have onion on it, she told us that the sandwiches doesn't have any onion at all, and we order them , and both sandwiches have a lot of onion, if you employees see this review, please make sure all the process during the sandwiches are like the customer want it.

I ordered and when I got the food the burger was basically gross , the service I received was lame the cashier was rude and fully rushed me when there was like 3 other people that had already ordered . Hey at least the fries & coke was good . I'll never go back there again and I suggest you don't

So I came in to try the Habit's new Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the fifty/fifty order of onion rings and tempura green beans.The crispy chicken sandwich was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The all-natural double breaded chicken breast was very good. It was thick, tender, and flavorful. I really liked it. The slaw was tasty, perhaps a little heavy on the dressing, the spicy sauce was very good, and the toasted bun was well toasted. I really liked that they put a good amount of pickles in the sandwich. I was glad I ordered it.The onions rings and tempura green beans were both crispy and tasty. The onion rings were a little over greasy, but the green beans were on point. I would certainly order those green beans again.Service at the counter was very friendly and efficient.

I went through the drive thru, and it took way too long for the fact that there was only 1 car in front of me. The kids meal chicken tenders were too crispy and too much breading, and way too salty. I felt like the chicken tenders were 30% chicken and 70% salty breading. The woman working the drive through was kind and courteous though . Overall- this location was a disappointment compared to other locations I have been to.

Update - I contacted the Habit Burger customer care team, and they confirmed that tips are optional and should not be automatically charged. They offered to refund the unauthorized amount, which I appreciate. However, this entire experience was unsettling. BEWARE OF OVERCHARGES. I went through the drive-thru and the total I was given seemed a bit high. I wasn't offered the option to get a receipt nor see the total. The cashier simply told me to either tap or insert my card. I asked for a printed receipt and saw an additional charge of $3.27 as "Staff Tip" which I didn't authorize.
