This staff member was aggressive and verbally abusive -he kept yelling at me even after I calmly explained that he had never actually spoken to us, just started shouting about checking our bags (something that has never been an issue here before). I believe his name was Andre, as others nearby were calling him that. I’ve been to this bar many times, but this was by far the most intimidated and unsafe I’ve ever felt.

I was physically assaulted here on Friday night. I left before filing a police report, but they said they would help me file in the morning, but I’ve tried to call them to no avail.
Really great place but gets pretty crowded. There needs to be a slide off the patio to exit easier. Besides that, great spot

They had a SDFC event and one of the owners decided to reserve half the tables for himself he asked my family if we wanted to move to one of the tables. After we move his wife rudely comes up to us and tells us they reserved the tables we have to move in a rude & harassing manner. Will never come back again & will tell everyone I know never to visit this establishment
They force you to have your photo taken now in order to come in. It's very weird and creepy-enough to make me never want to come back here again.

Rude arrogant owners .
We had a large group come to PB local after a wedding on Saturday and they were amazing. I emailed Kyle a heads up we were coming and he was extremely friendly and accommodating . The staff was amazing and we had a great time. Thank you again!!

Ordered happy hour app spring rolls, plural, for $8. Got 1 split. Picture showed 2 split. Regular price is 14.5 for 2 maybe. So payed more for a half order which does not constitute a a happy hour price. Bartender was nice enough and apologetic. However there was no other service that day. Good location, near beach.

Food was not great and the atmosphere was muggy, like their AC wasn’t working at all. Would not recommend

Ended up getting kicked out of the line with our group by the “security manager” white male, baseball cap, 5’10 with a big nose, AFTER I asked why a single woman was able to blow past everyone in line. She wasn’t an employee just walked by my wife and group. Completely unprofessional in doing his job and interacting with customers. Doing his job with an ego vs a professional demeanor. So if you go and line up, just tip him and you’ll get to the front?
This place has so much unrealized potential. Service was a QR code which is extremely off putting. The staff was not engaging at all. We left and went somewhere else for dinner. You can do better.
