Got a message that my online order was ready, and had to stand in front of pick up area 10 more minutes because the order was not ready. For sure they were doing that to not have high wait times show up in the system in corporate reports. One employee was rude to another one in front of customers, which looked extremely unprofessional. Been coming here for over 3 years and this is the worst it’s ever been. Date: Dec 10, 2025. Absolutely adore this spot! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience a joy. My swoosh burger came out perfectly cooked, and the fries were incredible. The local root beer added a fun, unique touch. I dined outside and soaked in the lively Gas Lamp atmosphere, which made the meal even better. Everything I tried was flavorful and satisfying. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommended!
