A favorite place for delicious Fondue. don't worry if it's busy, it is worth the wait. the service here is great. it has a good interior. ambience is similar to fresno's scene.
fondue and the setting at this location is excellent. everyone at our table was very satisfied. it has a cool feel to it. atmosphere is similar to a cafe in san jose i loved.
fondue and the scene at this place is super good. Quick and friendly service. Prices were fair for the quality of the food.
Fondue... my favorite treat. Service is always super even when they have a full house. The service here is above par.
Great spot for quality Fondue. Service is consistently good. The bill was appropriate for the quality. Like a restaurant in Washington I liked.
Great experience if you've never tried fondue before! They have a selection of different cheese fondue to try, entree options, and dessert. If you order an entree with meat, it is a cook it yourself experience. Very fun and unique.
I had never been to The Melting Pot before as I thought it might be too expensive. I found a happy hour special and we got two courses at a very good price. The cheese course was good, but the dessert course was all things fabulous! We ordered the original chocolate dip, but with dark chocolate. My favorite dippers were fresh strawberries and Krispy treats. Will go again for dessert for sure!
Place was very nice and calm... In line with cheese fondue. It was my first time at the melting point with my husband n we really enjoyed the food. Must try pesto tomato cheese fondue
My wife and I spent our Valentine's day here. We have been going for years and have always enjoyed our times eating and talking at all of their locations. ** Tip - there is a Hyatt across the street where we booked a room, within a 1 minute walk. It's worth eating and staying the night ?. Our server Jesse ( tall guy, short hair, works quick) he was professional, to the point, and adjusted his style to our comfort. Food was excellent, and presented well. Thanks to all who contributed to our evening, we had a great Valentine's day!
Great location and excellent customer service. We had a groupon for dinner for two and while we didn't especially like the food it was such a fun experience. The kids loved dipping their food and veggies in the brother and eating it. The dessert was delicious and they had many options to choose from for dipping. The place was kind of dead because we got there in between lunch and dinner, so that was nice. Cool experience and fun vibe.

Our server was Ashley and she was amazing! She was friendly and let us take our time. She also had great reccomendations! If you go, ask for her!!!
This place is amazing! We have been going for years now. We always do the 4 course option and it does not disappoint. Love that they give so many dips/sauces. Food is amazing, servers are great - if you do the 4 courses they have to spend a fair bit of time with you so be friendly!
Over rated. Basic food, sub par wait staff, in a dingy old style restaurant. It's like somewhere my great grandparents would have gone. I have no idea why it costs an arm and a leg...you cook your own food!
Everything there is good, but a little pricey. Interesting dark decor. Nice people.
This was my first fondue restaurant. The place was packed because we came here for the Star Wars themed night. Really fun for a long dinner with friends or loved one.
