We used Expedia to book and for some reason the site kept giving us an error and when it finally let us book, it had changed the date from the 15/16 to 25.. it was non refundable. The incredible staff at the Sheraton handled it, got us our room and we just got an email informing us that we would be getting a refund for the 25. My suggestion is to call the hotel and book your rooms through them. Beautiful property, room and beds super comfy for a reasonable price.. the staff...read full review
Right now the place is being renovated, so, ambiance isn’t the best, but the food and service were excellent!
