Secret Sister is such a gem in San Diego! the vibe is warm, relaxed, and super inviting. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. I had a few glasses of wine, great conversation, and just really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!
I never write reviews but here I am… I just have to say I bad an amazing dinner date here. Lilliana our server was phenomal, and the food was delish. I recommend the Vinho Verde, oysters on the half shell, and the tuna tartare was to die for ALSO GET THE POTATOES. My husband is a fisherman and found the tuna to be incredibly delectable and well sourced. Will rerun again!
We recently came to celebrate our anniversary and this place just gets better! The papas fritas are INCREDIBLE and I love the tuna tartare. We also had really delicious drinks - I’m less of a wine person but had a watermelon tequila cocktail that was so refreshing. The staff is amazing as well, super attentive and accommodating and nice! Topped off dinner with an olive oil cake that I’m still dreaming about :)
