I think they should have pens available. Even if the pens are donated by companies with their advertising on the pens.

Nice coffee, asked the employee whether they had vegan options, asked for a non dairy avocado toast and it came covered in cream cheese. Maybe they don't understand what being plant based is but they didn't offer to refund me or offer to correct the issue. That's a failure in customer service after I tipped at 20%. There are other options to go to. Nice coffee though.

There was no greeting, just Gen Z glare from two employees who were chatting. The third one who was actually working told one of them to take my order. She did but wasn't happy about it. Their coffee was more on the acidic side, but it had a good strength. Their Almond Croissant was pretty bad, very little almond paste, and quite gooye.

House Coffee is so so, but the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Next time I’ll stick with the earl grey 👍

We decided to stop by The Simple Coffee House for a quick coffee and a bite to eat. There weren’t too many people, but most of the tables were taken — a clear sign that this place is popular, as reflected in its high rating and strong reviews.
The service was reasonably fast. I wouldn’t say the staff were especially friendly — they did their job well, but without much warmth. Honestly, I would have appreciated a bit more kindness and a welcoming attitude.
As for the food, I can’t recall the name of the item we ordered, but it’s the one with salmon shown in the photo. It tasted fairly good — not amazing, but fine.
The matcha was just okay. The coffee also wasn’t bad, but I didn’t really enjoy it — it had a noticeable bitterness, which made me think it might have been prepared incorrectly or made with beans that didn’t quite suit my taste.
Overall, the atmosphere was nice. Nothing unpleasant, but nothing truly memorable either. It’s a decent place to grab a coffee and a snack.
I would recommend it, but personally, the coffee and especially the level of service left me wanting a bit more.

Love going here after a run or hike. Get the iced honey cinnamon latte with almond milk and the bagel lox!

Came in for a brown sugar latte. The syrup felt strong so they exchanged it with a questionable look. I settled for the honey latte. The syrup is still strong but managed to keep and sip it. I tried. My friend asked for a cup of ice since her iced matcha was warm. They said they can put it in a cup that she had or they will charge her for another cup. Why would they charge her for a cup? The water cups are free so ?? Overall , never coming back just bad coffee and bad service. Other than that the atmosphere was nice.

I often go to Simple Coffee House either to work or to hang out with my daughter (and dog) outside reading books over a coffee and some pastries on a Sunday morning. Simple has a very nice, relaxed feel to it that is very inviting. The staff is always friendly, the music pleasant, and the drinks tasty.

I frequent new coffee shops as a regular adventure on a small scale. Super cute, clean bathrooms, amole indoor and outdoor seating with shade coverings outside. Great service and a chill vibe will bring me back here for sure.

Cozy little coffee house. Usually a bit crowded, but there are indoor and outdoor seating options and the coffee is always delicious and very reasonably priced. Service is always quick and friendly. Dining area is always clean.

This is a great coffee house. I've been coming here for a few weeks now and we are never disappointed with our drinks or pastry. Tried the small acai bowl this time and no complaints here, especially for the price. Affordable coffee, great service from the employees and a nice atmosphere with plenty of tables inside and out. I highly recommend trying this coffee shop out if you're in the area
