I ordered a coffee drink with soy milk because I can't do dairy. The person behind the register repeated it back to me, my spouse ordered, we paid, and all was well. When my spouse went to pick up my drink, it turns out they had used dairy milk. No biggie, mistakes happen, but they were quite rude about it and blamed us for the mistake. They remade the drink, but the steamed soy milk ended up a weird curdled texture, but I chose not to complain and just discarded the drink when I got outside.
My spouse's latte was lovely, though.

The service was excellent but the espresso was NOT strong at all. I had two shots and didn’t feel my normal awakening. They didn’t have thier TV on for a warm feeling…. I suppose they’re just starting off.

coffee is very rich and beautiful. the service is amazing and inside the coffee shop there’s tons of seating and everything is spread out which makes it perfect to study without being distracted by anyone coming or going.

Had an absolutely lovely experience here today. My clients recommended it as it had been recommended to them and none of us have been here before. I got the cold brew, which was excellent. I also wanted to try some of the pastries, but I got distracted, but I was fortunate enough to try the donut holes and I’m so glad I had not tried them before because they were absolutely absolutely incredible and I would’ve ordered seven donuts, I will definitely be back! Highly recommend very cute.

Coffee connoisseurs need their lattes, cappuccinos, or other coffee drink made somewhat consistent. The barista Autumn makes the perfect cup of coffee every visit. They usually work Mondays and drinks are made yummylicious and consistent every time without fail! My wish would be that the other barista team members shadow and learn from Autumn. Because there are a lot of inconsistencies between baristas. We have arrived home with coffee drinks that taste bitter and burnt more than a few times and that’s no bueno for this coffee connoisseur. Honest but true, thank you.

What a lovely surprise this morning going into this cozy spot! The latte I am enjoying as I write this, is the best I can remember having. And the breakfast bagel sandwich is bomb!!!! To top it off, they do customer service right here…a far better experience than I’ve ever had at Starbucks!
