Can’t express how much I love the food here!!! I have been missing San Diego for all those years because of the California burrito!!! The wrapping is freshly made so it’s stretchy and the beef is juicy. Everything come together perfectly and the portion is no joke! Can’t finish it even at a starving night!
Also tried Al pastor and the steak taco today. The roasted pork is so good!!! The steak taco was outshined. Definitely try the Al pastor taco!
We stopped at The Taco Stand for lunch and tried the California burrito — it was excellent: large, filling, and full of flavor. We also ordered chips and guacamole, which were very good. They offer several salsas ranging from mild to hot, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, a great lunch stop.
