Tidal is the romance restaurant of San Diego! With a full row of two-top tables right along the deck glass overlooking Mission Bay, dinner and drinks are at their sunset best here. The food and service are fantastic too. Don’t miss the corn-and-poblano fondue — just divine — and the crab cake and scallops were excellent. The minted peas were a highlight too, and the meal as a whole was the best we had our entire vacation...perfection on a plate!
San Diego native but first time staying at Paradise Point Resort for staycation. Had dinner reservations for two nights at Tidal for our anniversary weekend. My wife and I stayed a night at Paradise Point Resort, we got reservations at Tidal for 7pm. We were sat promply at nice outdoor table next to propane warmer. The view of Mission Bay was pleasant and serene. We ordered 2 shareable's crab cake and shrimp cocktail, having never had a crab it tasted more like tuna then crab, however the shrimp cocktail was very good.
