As a gluten free person, I ordered the chicken fried rice with no soy sauce and no oyster sauce, and a passion fruit boba tea with no sugar (which tasted totally normal). I talked to a man on the phone before going and he said that the chicken fried rice was gf with no soy sauce, breading, wheat, or anything, but when I got there the server and manager had a bit of a harder time understanding me but we managed to come up with it being safe without those two sauces. Probably the best Singapore Noodles in San Diego. Loaded with chicken, barbecued pork and shrimp. Extremely large portion that is just plain GOOD!
Vegetarian options: Almost any dish can be made vegetarian. The Singapore Noodles are available with Tofu and vegetables and is just as good as the meat version.

Highly recommend the beef chow mein and calamari. The fried rice is good as well. Whatever they marinated the beef in is very tasty. The noodles and rice could maybe be a little bit smokier.
