What led to a mid review was both the quality and portion of food. The combo deal is way better than getting the galbi alone, as they are the same price but the galbi alone portion was the same as the combo deal’s portion. It kind of felt like a scam for money if you just got the galbi alone. Get the combo to get your money’s worth. The quality was alright, but there are better tofu places out there for cheaper price.

I had the pleasure of eating in the premises. I have never had Korean food, and OMG. This place is fantastic. I loved it so much that my friends and I are going for ladies ' night. The food was terrific.

The tofu soup with kimchi is delicious and gluten free. (Not a dedicated gluten free kitchen)

We were looking to eat next door, but the wait was too long. We ordered Bulgogi for the littles and soondobu (the Chef's special and Seafood special). While I appreciated the amount of seafood, we both felt the soups lacked flavor compared to other shops.

Tofu House has become a regular location my family and I visit, and like regulars, there's a standard set of plates we order. These almost always consist of at least 1 order of the Boiled Tofu with Kimchi Pork or Kimchi Beef, and at least 1 order of the Hot Stone Bul Go Gi. The Boiled Tofu is absolutely delicious, but you should definitely challenge yourself and try it with a level of spiciness at least 1 rank higher than what you think you normally would have. It really adds a whole new dimension to the dish, and comes in clutch when you've got a sniffly nose or feel a bit under the weather. And the family loves the Hot Stone Bul Go Gi with its crispy rice and self adjusted sauce flavoring, and the ability to add the complimentary sides of Kimchi, Spicy Cucumber, Fish Cake, and Daikon Radish Kimchi to the mix. The prices were fair for the level of quality and the quantity of food that was provided. The service has consistently been quick to take our order, bring out our meals, get refills to drinks and sides, and bring the check. The atmosphere is simple, though the door is consistently left open, which can decrease the comfort during the hotter summer and colder winter days. KPOP music is also cranked up a little on the loud side, which can be nice at some times (reminiscent of a Ramen shop in the 90s blasting JPOP), but also makes having a conversation during the meal kind of difficult.

Parking: Parking lot is free for first 2 hours for customers.

Tofu House in San Diego is a great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. The place is clean, service is fast, and the food is solid. The kalbi ribs are a standout.

It was worst food I have ever been experienced. I ordered Galbi and Tofu. Galbi has bone only and too much burned. No meat. Tofu was not typical Tofu. It was worst foods. Don't go over there. wasted money.

The portion sizes are extremely small, and the quality of the ingredients is very low. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

Kind of what I expected. The food was good the servers were frantic and overworked. The place was clean and pleasant. They seems a bit shorthanded, by one or two servers, which is typical these days. The food quality was good, the service reasonably quick and the portions acceptable. We left satisfied. The beef dishes were nicely done. Expect to wait 15 to 20 min for your food and spend at least $20 per person.

Parking: The strip mall has 8 or 9 other restaurant choices if this place has a line.
