Stopped in after a movie at the Rooftop Cinema. The view is fantastic. We weren’t there to eat, but there were some shareable plates if you’re in the mood. The bar looked pretty well stocked, but we were simple and ordered hot chocolates (2 of us with booze and one without). They were quite yummy!
The noise level is absolutely horrible up there. They are counting on the flooring and seat cushions to do the noise-dampening, which is *NOT* working. There were only three of us and we were seated fairly close and had a difficult time carrying on a conversation. The seating was comfortable and many different seat options, from couches to barstools.
It’s a great spot to take out-of-town guests but I wouldn’t go regularly, simply because of the noise level. Yes, it was that bad.

We went to go have a drink no food. The views are spectacular the service A1 and the atmosphere was comfortable. I highly recommend this place to visit if your in San Diego. You won't be disappointed. Oh and don't forget to ask to validate your parking pass it's $10 for 1 hr $8 every hour after that. Just ask your waiter or bartender.

This used to be an intimate bar with a view. Now the lighting is all off, it’s loud and full of tourists. Historical photos of San Diego used to adorn the walls, now it’s just another Hyatt stamped boring space. Only go for the view.

After donating blood at the San Diego Comic-Con blood drive, I stumbled upon a display showcasing Fallout-inspired drinks, which led me on a mission to find this place. The elevator wouldn’t allow us to select the floor until exactly 3 p.m., and a small group had already gathered by the time we arrived.
The view from the top was spectacular. Since we got there right when it opened, we were lucky to snag a table by the glass walls, offering a stunning view of the bayfront walkway and various Comic-Con experiences like Dragon Ball, Hulu, and Voodoo Ranger.
The Fallout-inspired drink was delicious and a perfect treat after donating blood. I’ll definitely be coming back to this spot during a non-Comic-Con event to enjoy the view and atmosphere again.

The live musician on Friday night was great. It was almost 10 when we got there so we didn't get to hear the whole set but he was good. Our cocktail waitress never took our order, so we got drinks from the bar. She was a little pissy about it, but we waited a plenty of time for her to come by. I was looking for an espresso martini and I ordered their specialty martini w Kahlua and espresso. It was good, but sweet.
