The service was good and a great view, the Amaretosouer was $20 I think a fair price for the view.

Cocktails way overpriced $30 for.a Martini, $22 for a gin and tonic. Was very noisy and the view is really not that big of a deal. Food was good but a very limited menu.

Great views. Fun place to have drinks.
The bar is on the smaller side due to square footage of top floor. Service was excellent. They were not offering food (perhaps it was due to being near closing), but waiter managed to get us chips. Cocktails are pretty typical, full bar and signature drinks ranged from about 16 to $23. Wine selection was ok, usual mark up of about 3 to 4x. Most seating was not at a window. Although nearby, difficult to see out at night without being closer. Elevator to 40th floor was full both times.

These place asked me for my “card information” i paid in Cash… and they charged me twice!!!! Never going again. No serious establishment should do this shit.
Best waiter ever, Drago, was super attentive and intuitive. Whatever he is making, this guy deserves a raise!!
Beautiful views!

Although the hotel is beautiful, the Top of the Hyatt doesn't hit the mark. Throughout the entire hotel, iced tea is unsweetened. No different here. The Ginger Ale is as light yellow as lemonade and doesn't taste anything like Ginger Ale. I ordered a margarita and it was gone in two sips from the glass, no thanks to all the ice. Not to mention it was $20!! My friend ordered a Long Island and that was %25!!. Anyway, the atmosphere was ok so I'd suggest if you go get 1 drink and leave if you don't want to break the bank...

While staying at the hotel, we visited Top of the Hyatt, and the views were incredible. It was crowded, so we had to wait for a table, but it was worth it to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. It can get pretty loud because of the number of people, but we still enjoyed our time there. We didn’t eat, though the food we saw looked very good. Despite being busy, the service was attentive.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Took 10 mins to get someone to talk to us and she left before I could even ask for the appetizer we wanted. Took 30 mins for our drinks. Very upset.

Just went up here for the view
We had a large group here during comic con and were delighted not only by the sights, food, and drinks, but also the attentive and charismatic service we received from Ashley. This wasn't my first visit and certainly wont be my last.
Update: Sunday after comic con, half the room was empty. Was impossible to get service. We flagged our server several times and it still look almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. Once things got busy Trinity showed up and was absolutely fabulous. She saved the evening and thennwhen leaving, she came sprinting after me to give me my left behind belongings.
Give Trinity a BONUS! She's the best.
