I ate in the zoo, the service was terrible. Leader did not understand English or my question just like the service lady. The served food wasn’t look the picture menu. Also it tasted awful! When I complained, they accused me screaming at them. They also called the real manager said that I threatened them! So I, 73 years old with my friend 83 were escorted out of zoo, without seeing pandas!

stopped to charge our car and had a lovely sausage and egg roll(barm). Lovely seating area, very friendly and welcoming.

The French Dip sandwich was pretty tasty and a generous portion of meat. It came in around $17-18 for the sandwich + chips. They have a great grab and go selection of sandwiches, salads, etc

Seating is all outdoors. Some areas have umbrellas or are covered. The views from the patios here are excellent, you're up high and can see out across the zoo.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can get up here via the elevator by the big bridge.

Quite a good selection of prepared sandwiches, fruits, yogurts, charcuterie boards and salads. They make fresh sandwiches on the spot and serve mac and cheese. Great seating next to the walking bridge, restrooms nearby.

More than $9 for a medium soda is a truly impressive level of delusion.

Very expensive like everything else at the zoo. But the view was great and food minimally eatable and not greasy. Pretty decent wraps.

I took my children and it was lovely. My son said it was the best toastie he had ever had. My tuna melt was lovely with chips and nice salad and my daughter wolfed down her sausage chips and beans. Reasonable prices too! We will definitely visit again.

Nice location, curry wrap was good. Overpriced as expected

French ham sandwich was good but turkey club wrap was really bad. However both are too expensive. 2 sandwiches, 1 wrap with 3 small chip bags=$52? No way.
