One of our meals came out very cold like it was cooked hours before and barely reheated. After a 10-12 minute wait to get a new order, the second one was cold too. Our other entree was way overpriced, 18.50 for a tiny bowl of tepid spaghetti squash. they comped the cold food but the meal was ruined. Have had issues here before. Inexperienced kids are running it, no identifiable manager anywhere in sight. Wont return. Done.

I needed to eat without any garlic / onion. Server and chef identified what was possible and made it happen. Grateful!

The quality of the food and service was good. It was busier than usual so we had to wait 35 minutes for our food, but overall it was enjoyable.

I have an allergy to Avocado. Everything on the menu is prepared with Avo oil - so I was told. I was charged a ridiculous fee for a salad that had nothing on it but greens and a piece of salmon. I don't think I will be back.

The butternut squash soup was delicious, although it was not very hot. The pizzas and hummus were very good.

I reserved a table for my team of 8 maybe 30 minutes before lunch time and the table was ready for us when we arrived!

We had seven people. 4 of the dinners were ok but not special. One was blah but edible. Two were not edible. My Kale salad with tofu had 6 sugar cube sized tofu pieces and kale that tasted so salty I couldn't eat it. The shrimp dish was on a pile of black stuff that caused a delayed burning on the lips that made it inedible. 2 of us left to eat at the mall's food court. I will never go back.

Service was good. They ran out of jambalaya first thing at lunch when they just promoted the dish.. hmmm suspicious.

Food was not fresh, not tasty and not imaginative. The restaurant was empty and the service was average. The kitchen delivered food to us that we didn't order, and the waitstaff seems ambiant. And it was expensive. Not gonna return

Good was good but considering very few people in restaurant at the time it took a long time to get food. Then although advertised that pizzas were $3 off before 6 (and we were there at 4:45) this was not honored. Disappointed

Food was good and as expected- appetizers and mains. Our server did a great job with recommendations and was attentive but not intrusive- leaving us alone to chat- but showing up when needed- perfect balance. However, I tried to get a drink at the bar before dinner and the guy bartender couldn't be bothered. He was unhelpful and into his phone or talking to coworkers- basically tending to himself and not the bar. Thankfully my tips went to the gal who was doing her job and doing it well.

I am wondering if the chef or whoever prepared French fries tasted their creation? It's really bad. Quality of food is definitely down and as a result there is not that many people at this place. It used to be packed and food was amazing. Not anymore. Will be looking for another place to enjoy our lunch. Very disappointed

This is our "go to" restaurant at UTC. The food is always delicious, as well as the service. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, butternut squash soup, and the burger. Also, we were impressed with the wine list, can't go wrong with Tablis wine. As always, positive experience.

This is usually one of our go to places to celebrate or just have a good meal. This was the first time that it took a while for someone to greet us and have us seated (we had reservations at 7:30pm). I wasn't upset about that, it was something I mentally noted. What I was disappointed about was how long it took for someone to greet us at our table, take our drink orders in which we decided to include our dinner order. We finally received our appetizer but had no plates to put them on, and while we asked the hostess not our server since we couldn't locate her, it took a while for the hostess to find someone to deliver our little appetizer plates. So it was the waiting around that really bugged me and my family. We never experienced that at True Foods so it was quite noticeable and it wasn't busy at all. We also noticed the food portions are a lot smaller. We ordered the cauliflower app and it was quite small probably enough for two not three which we didn't have problems sharing for three before. And the margarita flatbread are more individual size now. Wasn't aware they served it this size now. Not worth the amount of money you pay for the amount of food you receive now.

The food was wonderful, and the staff was so helpful and gracious in accommodating my gluten and dairy allergies.
