Our reservation was 5:45. Service was very slow. we waited about 20 minutes for server to come to us. Another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. Place was not very crowded, but I guess they didn't have enough servers. Between ordering and receiving the food was about half an hour. we had aperol spritz for drinks. It was water down and not stirred. We asked for straw so we could stir the drinks which took another 10 minutes to get it. we have been going there almost a year regularly. Yesterday was the poorest service.

Hands down my favorite dish is the ancient grain bowl. It's packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. Service is great.

They seemed to be a bit short staffed which made for less timely attention but the limited attention that was received was good and obviously did not feel rushed. The food was exceptional, especially the new menu item of french dip sandwich. The bread was unbelievable and the meat and cheese combination truly exquisite.

Our server was training another server but probably shouldn't have been because he didn't know what he was doing himself. The poor service really overshadowed anything else about our experience. We were celebrating a birthday and it was noted on our reservation but not acknowledged at all.

While out trolling on a Sunday afternoon @UTCmall we decided to give this place a try. Location and seating is quite nice. Very open floor plan with a patio to boot. There is also a bar to accommodate. The lady and I kept it simple... My original craving was for pizza, I was gonna try the "Southwest Bison Sausage Pizza" But they were out of crust. So went to the can't go wrong, blue cheese burger. And my girl went for the noodles. The food arrived and we were happy with the presentation and the rapid serving time. The burger was ok, cooked per my request. I had opted for their fingerling potatoes instead of the fries. They were smothered in a garlic sauce that was quite tasteful. Boo said the noodles were ok. You'll have to see her review @cj l. The lemonade was delicious, but keep in mind there are no free refills. All in all it was a good experience. The atmosphere is a good vibe and there are plenty of seats. Prices were standard for the area and it was an easily accessed restaurant for a Sunday lunch.

We are regular diners at True Food Kitchen and usually the food is very flavorsome. I tried the noodle dish and it was so bland and tasteless. The portions have also got smaller but the prices haven't! It's a shame because we used to love this place but not sure we would go there again. So many other choices in UTC. Although the food was disappointing our server was awesome.

Such shame that this restaurant at UTC cant get it together. Food is great if you are willing to wait 10-20 minutes for anyone to approach your table, and then the food will take another 30-45 minutes for a salad so be ready for a long stay. We were not there when this place was slammed either, most of the waiters and waitresses stood around chatted. All around pretty awful experience for a restaurant that usually has it together.

We always love True Food Kitchen but now even more. New menu items are awesome. My wife and I shared the curry chicken and new pot roast dip was incredible. Great service, ambience, and value!

Healthy and delicious food that you will want to come back for again and again. My friend and I totally enjoyed our Citrus Salmon Salad. YUM. Thanks so much for the great service and wonderful food!

They have a seasonal menu, which is an awesome thing. The fact that there are 2-3 items which change with season what’s the restaurant world apart from the others. Also the restaurant is really big and has a combination of outdoor and indoor seats and family seats.

True Food is a good choice for casual dining with friends. Their Portobello vegan cheese burger was delicious. Better than I was expecting. We ordered the guacamole and chips appetizer, and while the guacamole was very good, the chips were a bit thick and chewy, and the serving only about half of what you need for that amount of guacamole. We had to ask for more chips. But, overall enjoyed the food, and we had very attentive, friendly service.

The vegan double cheeseburger was so light and fluffy- very tasty. Definitely worth the try.

Dined here last night. Good quality food and service...but the portion sizes are way too small; I left feeling hungry. The chips and guac appetizer had like 2 chips per person and the mac and cheese side to my entree (which I paid $2 more for as an upgraded side) was really tiny. Also, I'm not sure you can call it mac and cheese as it was simply noodles in a cup with barely any cheese. I get that their focus is on healthy food (and the quality shows) but I don't want to leave a restaurant hungry, and I'm a slim, normal appetite person!

If you are in the food delivery, do not accept all orders from here. I have been doing this job for a year and I have seen the laziest and slowest workers in the region here. I've ordered from here many times and every time I waited at least 20 minutes. Focus on other orders and save time/money.
