This place opened during COVID and serves fresh catch. It's the sister business to Mich’s Seafood San Diego, where they also serve their catch. I came across it while strolling on Sunday. It’s located a little farther down almost close to the end of Regatta Walk where it gets quite, past a few restaurants, including Nova Pizza and Jimmy’s.
The best fish market in town, owned and operated by SD fishermen. Truly local offerings, sustainable, and unbelievably fresh. They can tell you which fishing company and boat brought in a specific fish. The "catch of the day" approach means you can occasionally find surprising and delicious varieties like Kingklip! None of that sad defrosted farmed Branzino from thousands of miles away.
Always the freshest fish available. Helpful staff and it's not crazy crowded as the tourist-know place is.
