Went in thinking that I could control myself and only get one cookie. Walked in and thought about getting half a dozen(and get one free). Walked out with a dozen in my hands ( and got 2 free cookie). The staff /owner/friend/kindness person of that day thanked me for having such a good spirit. I didn't even thank them enough for making my day! Cookies were so soft and chewy. They were all made fresh (you can tell). It is a perfect gift for any party-quality, fresh baked cookies. Who wouldn't want that? Parking situation is a little tough. Certainly hard to find the parking in that tiny little mall but that shouldn't stop anyone from visiting this amazing place! I can't recommend one single cookie. They were also good.

Not sure why there’s negative reviews? I’m a picky person when it comes to desserts & Uncle Biff’s is by far my favorite! Their cookies are rich in flavor & BIG so you definitely get what you pay for. Stail cookie? Next time ask for another cookie, I’m sure staff will understand.

Wow I was in San Diego for the day and had a serious sweet craving—so glad I stumbled upon this place! These cookies are incredible—super fresh, perfectly buttery, and you can really taste the quality ingredients. I’m seriously impressed. If you’re a cookie lover, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

VERY tasty cookies with perfect texture. It was the end of the day and both cookies were still delicious. Homemade kind of vibe. Pretty wide selection.

The cookies were cold and somewhat stale. I ordered semi-sweet expecting them to be at least somewhat fresh since that’s a bestseller but no. This was more of a disappointment than I was prepared for especially for $3.50 each! :’(

I’ve been eating these cookies since I was a child so this place is very nostalgic for me. You can tell the cookies are made fresh as the shop smells like cookie dough heaven. Love the atmosphere, vibes and taste of course!

If I could give more than a 5 ⭐ I would. I have been coming here for years. It's about time I share how I feel. I'm always greeted with a smile. I always feel welcomed. They are super humble as patient. I walked in needing cookie therepy . I shared with them how stressed I was and even though it's not their job, they leveled with me making me feel normal as I inhaled my tasty treat. Go in , grab a cookie you won't regret it.

As I write this review I am pouring the remaining cookie crumbs from the bottom of the bag into my mouth. My boyfriend and I were in San Diego for the weekend and stopped by the taco place next door. We could not ignore the line outside Biff's and had to try it. I ordered three cookies-peanut butter chocolate chip, the California Killer (with nuts), and the oreo stuffed chocolate chip. As we drove to our next destination, my boyfriend and I sampled the cookies in the car. Upon biting into the perfectly crisped edges and soft center, I forced my boyfriend to immediately turn the car around and walked right back into Biff's for more. I explained this to the woman serving cookies and she offered me six cookies sitting on the counter for free! I was so touched by this kind gesture and it made the cookies taste even better. We went through all of our cookies in two days (there were 12), between the two of us. Eating them today, they still taste soft, fresh, and flavorful. These are the best cookies I've ever had--highly recommend the peanut butter chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut. I would drive back to San Diego just for these cookies, and the service warmed my heart. These cookies made our day:)

I am a huge fan of Uncle Biff's cookies. For the last fifteen years, no other cookie has been able to beat them. Occasionally, I get a dozen cookies delivered to my work. This time, I was very disappointed! The cookies tasted old and slightly stale. I had a bit of an issue ordering and ended up calling the day I had requested delivery. A very nice person answered my call but didn't seem to have my information. I had to give everything to her again and ask for it to be delivered on Monday. I am now wondering if I got old cookies.

Went on Sunday after checking the times on Google. I arrived at 10am (per Google maps), only to find a note on the door that open time is 11am. Very frustrating because I made the special trip down just for their chocolate chip cookies.
