Love their fluffy cheesecake. The texture is soft, moist, and creamy cheesy (not too sweet) . I always have the original one,and Ube cheesecakes

I don't make it out this way often, but when I do, this cheesecake is the whole reason. Light, delicate, exactly what you want from a Japanese cheesecake. They had cookies out front this time too, so I got the taro cheesecake and matcha cookies, both good, but the cheesecake wins every time. Prices are fair: regular cheesecake is $14, mini cheese pies are about $5, and they've got new basket cheesecakes for $24 that are extra rich.

Uncle Tetsu is a must-visit for cheesecake lovers. Their signature Japanese cheesecakes are light, fluffy, and slightly sweet, melting in your mouth with each bite. The original flavor is especially addicting, while the pandan one wasn’t as good. With a variety of flavors to try, including the unique Oreo and Ube options, you'll want to return to try them all. The strawberry burnt basque cakes are also very good, even better than the original. The cheese tarts are amazing too, with a shortbread crust and airy, cheesy filling that’s subtly sweet. Parking can be tricky because the shop shares a small lot with other stores, but the service is exceptional, making it a delightful experience. Don’t miss their crumble cookies either.
