Love the vibe of this place. The service was a little convoluted. I noticed several people coming in that were confused since it's not a traditional sit down restaurant and there were no signs and it was a small staff. Unfortunately the vegan ramen was a little bland and I had to add a lot of seasoning to it. The eggplant bao was still amazing.
Cool vibe. The ramen is really good and flavorful. I also got the bao pork belly sandwich...the flavor was an amazing experience. Definitely coming back. I'm from Riverside btw.
One of my favorite ramen places in SD, highly recommend getting the Underbelly Ramen spicy. The cocktails all feel very original and the staff is incredible. No matter the occasion Underbelly will not disappoint
