I ordered the crème brûlée brown sugar boba on DoorDash for pickup. When I arrived after the estimated pick up time, it was still not ready. I waited about 5-10 minutes until it was since the shop looked busy.

The parking lot is really small and tight. I was surprised to see how many people were hanging out in the shop but they do have many tables, nooks, seating with WiFi.

The workers were friendly and apologized for the wait. I was late for an appointment so had to take the drink to go.

Crème brûlée brown sugar boba - delicious flavor and the *cooked* bobas were good, but sadly about 1/4 of the boba were crunchy then I realized they were raw! This is the first time I have ever been served raw boba. :( I’m sure they would’ve fixed the boba if I was still in shop but I didn’t have time to go back. My husband’s drink had raw boba too.

I ordered a matcha latte and was really disappointed with both the drink and the customer service. First, they forgot to add boba entirely. When I asked about it, they remade the drink—but what I got back didn’t look or taste like the original matcha latte at all. It was off in both color and flavor. When I politely brought it up, the staff insisted it was the same drink and gave me attitude instead of trying to fix the issue. I ended up wasting $8 on something I couldn’t even finish. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Got a chance to finish our night cap at Urban Bubble! The kiosk ordering seems to be the point of choice for the service staff. Coming on a Saturday evening, around 8pm. Staff seemed overwhelmed and flustered. Once putting in our order, it was about a 25-minute wait.

Got a chance to try Taro Bubble with Lychee Jelly and one with Sago. For $6 base drink, this was an overall well-rounded find! The taro was not artificial, and the sago was the perfect texture! Overall, would revisit again!

I ordered their Matcha latte, and it ended up being a disaster! It was not properly whisked as they made it in advance. It was very grainy and bitter. The ratio of matcha to milk was not respected. They had to blend it using a blender to change the consistency! It's really bad!

Our cup had a hole on the bottom and started leaking so we went back just to get a cup and the lady in the fromt made another drink for us no questions asked. 10/10 service, very swift and responsive. “And beautiful” - gf

Ordered a matcha latte and got a clumpy, bitter mess instead. It was undrinkable—even an electric frother couldn’t save it. Tasted like dirt and disappointment. Honestly, I’ve had better luck mixing matcha at home with a spoon. Total waste of money. Never again.

We ordered 12 bobas (3 flavors, 4 cups per each flavor) through a delivery app. We found some tens of plastic pieces from two of Taro-flavor ones, so we had to throw the remaining two away. It was a terrible experience. Very small pieces of them could have been eaten without my realizing it. If those foreign objects had been broken glass instead of plastic, I could have been seriously injured.

We walked in and were directed to the self-service screens though we were the only customers in the store and there was more than one employee. If you expect customers to flock straight to the screens then at least make them immediately visible.
That was an annoying lack of customer service considering the audacity to ask for a tip on the self-service screen.

I used to come here all the time and they used to get my order wrong and they would fix it and I was satisfied. But recently, the drinks aren’t the same. The lid on the drink are changed to the cheap plastic film and same drink I used to get isn’t same anymore. Especially the Crème brûlée. The cream used to have roasted top now it’s just super watered down. It changed to very high quality drinks to cheap mediocre now.

I ordered mandu and when i received them they were covered in old bay seasoning due to a health condition I can’t have spice like that. I expressed this concern to the worker and said she could redo them. She then brought them back and it was the same exact mandu they had just been rinsed. The box was still full of seasoning and the mandu was soggy. Super bad service would not recommend so disappointed.
