Excellent customer service. The person who made our tea, Lauren, accommodated for every customization and in a timely fashion. I didn’t expect that she would get the tea out so fast, especially during high traffic, but they came out perfect. Me and my friends loved it and plan on coming again soon.

It used to be like a 4.8 but now it's more like a 4.2. Did they chang their boba supplier? It's not as good when I went this weekend. These were smaller, and more misshapen, which is too bad because Mosa previously stood out in having great QQ texture. While the brown sugar jellies had a slight improvement in texture, the sizes were cut way too big to be bite size so you get almost an entire straw length of jelly. Mosa Tea is a cute, clean, modern, and quiet little spot on Clairemont Mesa Blvd with a minimalist vibe. The interior features neutral colors, pretty cube seats, and a unique, cool touch. Parking is not hard to find. The drinks are delicious and refreshing. The strawberry matcha latte is heavenly and to die for. The Mosa signature TGY special is good and not too sweet. The Matcha Genmai Green is a strong, intense, straightforward tea flavor that is delicious and refreshing. It is recommended to try the green tea jelly. The staff is very nice, sweet, and considerate, double-checking orders for dietary needs like lactose intolerance and offering alternatives like oat milk. Service is fast and friendly, though sometimes a bit slower. It is a great place for boba tea lovers to try different flavors and bring friends.
