RELLENO, Chile Relleno that is! Been testing out Chile Relleno's for years all over the country and seriously, this might be the best one yet. This dish is so incredible labor intensive, many restaurants make a dozen each day then tell yo they are sold out when you go to order. It is like a loss leader to get you to come in. Verdes el Ranchero staff was amazing and the food was delicious! We will definitely visit this family location again when in the area, if you have a chance to eat here its a must for great food!
